Didn't come with the GPU in both the picture and the stat sheet. HDD is dodgy and completely stops writing at random completely, only to start back up whenever it wants to. Also the USB Card/adapter barely works half the time once you get it. I wouldn't really recommend this if you actually want a good experience with getting and using a pc. Would be way better just to build your own and have less problems with everything that comes with owning the PC afterwards. if I could I would genuinely give this a company 0 stars if I could. Especially after the "Customer Service" that I was met with, If you could call it that. they weren't rude or anything but there was little to no follow up on why my PC came with the wrong and also a less efficient GPU let it be a GPU shortage with how everything that's going on or they were just simply out of stock at the time. All in all I just don't recommend this to anyone really unless you are going to scrap the computer for parts... and even then you still wouldn't make a profit off of what you would sell all the parts and the case combined for anyways. Ill give this an actual 1 star if they give me a not shifty and honestly terrible HDD. Because what I was given after spending upwards of almost $550 was and still is truly unacceptable. SCAM!!! So my daughter got an $800+ (before taxes, warranty, ect) "gaming" computer from them. It worked OK for 2.5years but it could never run big games or allow for Windows 11 to even be installed to update it. It stopped working so we put in a repair order under the warranty that I paid for. They told us to send it to them for repair thru UPS & that UPS would package it. We did that & they refused to fix it & voided the warranty under the guise of "improper packaging" when shipped to them. They sent it back to use still unable to work. Took it to a pro that builds gaming computers & he just called to inform me that it's entire insides is nothing but a BASIC Dell computer with stickers put over top of the Dell labels, put inside of a case with pretty lights. It doesn't even have ANY kind of gaming components inside the computer. It's a BASIC $300 Dell computer insides from Walmart with a $40 tower case! TOTAL SCAM & RIP OFF!!! Never BUY FROM THIS STORE, I bought a Periphio Gaming PC that it was in very bad conditions this equipment did not work at all, they send faulty appliance, they also have terrible customer service, when a person do a complaint they don't do anything about it, when you return a product they NEVER give your money back, you ended up without the product neither the money, they promise to help you but this never happened, they STOLE my money that was about 600 dollars, I DID A COMPLAINT and they never answered, this happened 4 months ago and I'M STILL WAITING, they don't follow their store policies or protocol, I'm not sure what type of reputation this type of companies have but I got a very falling service. I would never recommend to buy from them because if you do it the only thing that you will find out, will be yourself in despair, frustration and anger trying fixing the problem, they don't care about people's business with them, you just waste your time because they won't give...
