Loved this location until I had the unfortunate run in with Kara the manager, never have met a ruder snobby j crew employee it actually took me back a bit because I spend thousands a year here. I’m really disappointed in the unwelcoming rude and outright purposely unaccomadating behavior. I will be reporting her to customer service and writing my concerns to J crew, never had an experience like this with any other employees. Otherwise everyone else here I have had the pleasure of doing business with and have been more than kind and helpful, avoid her like the plague you can see the b word written on her face, she clearly hates helping...
