I was trying to get my ears pierced because my original piercings are 40 years old. I called around and gotten a recommendation for this place, specifically that the owner Jeremy was skillful caring very talented had a beautiful place that has a great vibe. I was able to book my appointment online. I showed up the next day on time met Jeremy ( the owner he's charming , a very cool figure dressed very dapper ) he welcomed me in, I admired the look of the place, it has a fantastic epoxy floor that resembles a river. I explained to Jeremy what I was after and in seconds he drew several tiny dots on my earlobes so that I could see where the piercing would be and I could choose which ones to pierce. While having me deep breathe he pierced both earlobes in seconds it was completely painless. He put in high refractive CZ studs that bounce the light like crazy they look amazing. He added a larger diameter back to support the earring. It was $50 per earlobe, I absolutely felt it was a good price for the care, kindness, skill, and fun time I had. If we ever decide to get the salmon tattoos we want, we'll go there for that too!!! Jeremy is the total package & very knowledgeable,...
Read moreOver all I was really pleased with the experience. We called in to see they could fit us in. They said they had time, we showed up everyone was really nice. They helped us figure out what we wanted and he even drew it up and it was just what t we wanted. Then when he started tattooing, everything seemed to go wrong. Jeremy started to get stressed out and began complaining about "why he got passed this tattoo, it is the style was the other guys speciality, he was more realistic. He could have left with his wife and family" (they showed up when he was drawing the design). For my first tattoo. I really didn't want to hear how he didn't want to do it, and how he wanted to leave. And how he wasn't confident in doing it. When he was finished he said "good enough" sorry to say we didn't tip 🤷 Again I am pleased with the outcome. He was a true artist. I just didnt wanna hear how he didn't even wanna do it. Easily they could have said no when we called to get our matching couple tattoos. I personally don't feel that good customer service and didn't make me feel confident with it being my...
Read moreI am devastated over my unfinished tattoo. I came to Jeremy, the tattoo shop owner, for a very sentimental cover-up tattoo on my chest. Not only did he make me sit for 3 hours waiting to begin my cover-up, he did bare minimum, 30 minutes of tattooing, and charged me $150 for just a basic outline. I came back for my next session and again waited on my personal time for 2 hours, and he again did bare minimum for about 30 minutes and charged me $175 for bare minimum work. There is no way what's on my chest, unfinished, is worth $300. I am devastated, embarrassed in my own skin currently. I've messaged Jeremy multiple times, and he's neglected my situation. I asked him for my deposit back, and he's packing up, closing the shop, and not responding. He made me feel confident that my chest piece would be easily done and completed, as it's a cover-up....
