Discount Liquor — Local services in Crescent City

not too happy with the employees...they get people in trouble by keeping tabs on the customers who can get in trouble for drinking with the law and the county they always push liquor shots on people when they walk in to keep busineess and that is harmful for the families in our community with the huge rise in alcohol related domestic violence happening at this time during covid-19...they should really not be enabling the public to self medicate themselves and condone violence especially if they know the violent offenders.i say this because when the liquor store was broken into then my brother was jumped and the owners said anything i need just ask....well i am asking for our communities sake....please make them stop pushing things that...

I understand that covid19 is vary serious. I also understand that not everyone can afford to pay for disposable mask or are unable to wash a reusable mask. And I have notice that the majority of crescent City understands that too. I just so happen to be one of those unlucky few that can't afford the masks. And have become adapted to taking my hoodie and covering my mouth and nose when entering a store/establishment and have not been turned away. Except for at discount liquor. Staff seemed ok. Not very personable. No greetings as you walk in or thank you after you purchase and leave. So it leaves me with a feeling of not welcome and ungrateful. Keep in mind that these are just my opinions and I don't expect anything. Also I was roughly $0.16 short of making a $4.16 purchase and I had seen more than enough change on the counter but didn't insist or inquire about it and waited for the cashier to offer but he did not.
