I love money just as others do but to be able to take a break from those thoughts and reflect I realized that was some of the best money I ever spent. Sometimes in life we get the opportunity to pay $5, $10, $13 To meet someone who will have a conversation with you, that can change your day from a bad day to a good day. My experience with Sandra at coastal cab left me feeling more reassured that there are still some good people left on this earth and that feeling is priceless.

Sandra is on time, gets me to where I need to be and takes her job seriously. I always look forward to getting rides from Sandra I usually get out of the car Laughing, because she has a great sense of humor which I appreciate since I am a hard worker always busy, very tense and serious all the time, I rarely have time to conversate at all and with like minded people is very rare. so I'm usually quiet with all this great personality locked up because people are so unrelatable these days. This cab company was literally the worst tonight. We used them one time last night and they were delightful. They were responsive and polite. So we tried to schedule another trip. At that point they really fell off. We let them know that we wanted their services later and they assured us that they would be available. We called about an hour before we needed a ride. Amy answered and gave us an estimated arrival of about an hour. An hour and twenty minutes later we called back. They gave us an estimated arrival of 30 minutes. We waited 40 minutes and called again. They gave us an estimated arrival of 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and called again and they gave us an estimate of another 20 minutes. At that point we flagged down a Good Samaritan who gave us a ride. I would not ever recommend or use this company again. I would have been fine hearing that they couldn’t provide us with a ride, but pushing us down the line by 20 and 30 minutes for over two hours is terrible customer service and unforgivable as a business standard for me. Sandra & Cara are AMAZING!! They are experienced professionals as well as authentically personable ~ a combination that allowed me to be at ease knowing I'm in good hands. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond in their level of service, which immediately comforted my anxiety of missing a flight due to road construction. They delivered what they said they could do and did so very pleasantly. The kind, sweet, genuine nature of Sandra made my 1.5hr ride not only pleasant but a very enjoyable experience that was a cherry on top a wonderful trip. If ever in the area again, I will absolutely utilize their services and would recommend anyone do the same. Angels like these two are great hands to be in and are shining examples of living by the golden rule.
