Initially I had a decent experience with most of the staff. That all changed on the day before I was to switch 6 lines over from verizon. I requested that a wi fi extender be included when I transfered my lines. Since the staff was not familiar with the device, I brought my own extender to the store and handed it to one of their employees. When I returned to confirm my appointment, I requested the return of my property. This is where the most idiotic chain of events occurred. Employee.1 said he he could confirm my appointment but my property was thrown away by STEVEN. I demanded to speak with STEVEN , WHO INITIALLY claimed that he never dealt with me. After a 5 minute wait , Steven slithered out of the back room and immediately blamed me for his action of discarding my equipment. I tried to explain to this obtuse individual that he had no right to destroy my equipment. 4 of his employees had my personal and business phone numbers and before destroying my property a call would have been the intelligent course of conduct. After a very heated exchange. STEVEN, in a juvenile fashion told me to leave the store ...repeating over and over : bye bye now , bye bye ..... I reported this to t mobile and I was instructed to contact the store and request from any staff , the name and contact info for the district manager as if I requested the staff MUST supply that info. I did. 3 times. Jibar refused and timmothy ignored... since ca. Law is very clear that a merchant cannot damage or discard a customer's property This store will be sued. Read moreI told them I wanted the cheapest replacement while my phone was being repaired and that US cellular had a program where you got a phone for taking a month service. So he said if I paid $100 in service I got the phone. I told them I was cheap and in a hury, they came over with about $500 in accessories like a speaker, double team but not to get me in and out. Took over an hour, the service was up in 30 days and when I went in, I was told I did not manage my plan right. I need to be managing something but not the manager of the store that provides a service. My phone was not repairable and in the end I replaced it with one from Wall Mart, very quick and they did not attempt to mislead me or upsell me. T Mobile feels very scammy. This is the second time I visited this store here in crescent city with excellent service. Jabir helped me the first time and was very helpful as well. I hope I spelled his name right…. Bad memory.
