Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Crescent City

So horrible. 3 different events where messed up due to there lack of service.. 1st was a birthday party they messed up on didnt bring food then when we called they said we never ordered but we had proof so they apologized and brought cold pizza. Second time we ordered pizza and ordered 6 hrs in advanced for a surprise birthday. They where still half hour after desired curbside pick up unfortunatelyparty started with no food..... 3rd event did not get pizza 3hrs after desired pick up and ordered pizza almost 12 hrs in advanced. And even to get that done wa hard and had to pay extra to get it delivered because I didn't want to wait another hour outside at curbside. Always a different manager and they never hold up to their word or credits.i have asked for a corporate number and they won't give me one. I have tried to ask manger to make this right but they don't. Also when I was inside trying to figure out my order because I was waiting for curbside for so long and no one answering I saw they took the phones off the ringer so they would have not even answered me anyways. its really simple, i asked my kids what they wanted for dinner and by all means i am a awesome cook, however i went with there wishes and they wanted pizza, yes i could have gone with little seizer but i wanted quality pizza so i decided to call pizza hut, i asked if they were still doing the big box dinner and they said yes, 6:30 pm and i said ok and went with my order they said 30 min, then they call me back saying they don't have the bread sticks i say ok well just add the third pizza and all was good, another 30 minutes great. then they call me back again saying they don't have that as well, now its 8:30pm and my kids are hungry and which they should be ready for bed by 8pm, also they wanted to charge me more for a regular third pizza, this is beyond acceptable especially through these hard times. now i not only have to cook which is not a problem but my children are waiting to be fed. how messed up is that? i will never ever do business with pizza hut again and all my friends and family will not as well... so in all pizza hut lost over 40 customers because of...

For a little background, I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I was picking up an order for my birthday.

Not only did I have to call and change my pick up time but the service worker who answered was more than helpful. They even told me what numbers to push to bypass the automotive answering system to get directly transferred to my store quicker. Which is amazing as the automotive service is lengthy to listen to.

BUT IT GETS BETTER!

When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained that I live far away and asked if I could get the pizzas wrapped in foil or something to keep them hot longer. They plastic wrapped my order! I was so happy that they went above and beyond for me to make my order special and as fresh as possible when I got home. And they didn't even know it was my birthday!
