Every item in the store is dented or damaged or open box. Make sure to get your cart from outside before going in. Then, be ready to scan a QR code if you need one of the 10 employees walking around to unlock the cages everything is in. Then, your item will be locked up front until you're ready to check out. Clogged isles of online orders or unstocked items. If you ask where something is, you'll have to wait for an employee to look it up on the app. After that, check yourself out or wait for the senior citizen or teenager to ring you up and try to sign you up for a credit card.

Staff is always so wonderful and patient. I am happy they have brought back the kid workshops, everyone was so nice and accommodating while working with my kiddo.

I Love Home Depot, In My Top 5 Fav Stores. So It Makes Me Sad To Have To Say That The Home Depot In Crescent City CA Dose Not Provide The Knowledge In The How To Department, That Home Depot Customer's Here So Much About On In There Adds. I Always Thought That Home Depot Took Pride In Its Being Able To Provide Its Valued Coustomers With Information On How To Do What Ever Job Or Project They Where Doing At The Time, And The Best Products To Get For That Project. Then it Happened I Met The Black Sheep Of Home Depot, The Home Depot That If The Home Depot Founders Decided To Go Around Asking How To Questions To It's Employee's They Would Find Them Self's At A Loss Of Words For How In Informed Its Employee Are In The Departments They Represent. (Example) I Was Shopping For Some Security Cameras A Employe Walks Up And Ask If I Need Any Help. I responded Wit Y Yes Sir I Could, I Was Looking For A 8 CH DVR With 4 Wireless/Cordless WiFi Cameras With The Capability To Go Around Corners. In Turn He Told Me He Couldn't Help Me And Sent Me Up Front To Talk To Someone At The Front Counter That Could. When I went Up To The Front I Found The Person He Directed Me To And Explained My Situation And They Said They Where Not Incharge If Electronic But That They Would Call Electronic For Me. After Waiting 10-15 Min Of My Valuable Time The Gentle Man In Charge Of Electronic Came Walking Up And To My Surprise It Was The Same Man That Had Walked Up Asking Me If He Could Help Me With Anything. The Same Gentle Man That Told Me That He Couldn't Help Me. And He Was In charge Of Electronic. And He Had No Idea About Anything In Relation To The Section He Represented. Nor Could He Direct Me To A Way I Could Ascertain The Item I Was Looking For. I Go To Home Depot A lot And Have Found It Better To Resserch The The Project Before I Go So I Know What I Need When I Get There Cause If I Don't I Will Be Walking Up And Down Isles Trying To Figure Out...

I visited the home depot with much enthusiasm & excitement, not entirely due to them having my desired item shipped up there lickety split, fun fact; store to store is zero cost, not to mention the beautiful & scenic trek to visit the Home Depot in Crescent City California is 100% worth it cost between driving up there & shipping it to a physical address that I do not have thanks to ignored misconduct by a reprobate beedy eyed lil mole rat attorney & scandalous county wide colluding wretched ex that collects dirt whilst excretion hippaa violations there among them dishing all the dirt for favor, no need to mention the racially insensitive well documented anti semite displaying the worst abuse of discretion... I mean it would be an easy jump for any visually, auditory & orally challenged individual to shout out collusion since... right, forget about the hillbilly humboldt good o bouy system... pretty sure the ex grew a new appendage tho... she dont know, lil measly dangles hang from either side of it shaped like dollar signs.. So the cost difference was negligible however the drive for Nikko and I was decidedly perfect,, lacking any worry whatsoever in the worls... they also boasted a better price for this (by far superior) item than any of the competition. The men & women of the home would display remarkable professionalism they were very friendly & helpful even to an obvious outsider, I felt most welcome, even the young man tending the parking areas wind blasted carts attempting quick getaways as it was nearing closing time would offer his assistance with an awkward armload of top of the line farm style high lift jack, he was very kind and helpful as he helped me not fly off like a kite with the sheets of cardboard, thank you Ladies & Gentlemen of Crescent City Home Depot. Stellar team & the item exceeds expectations in functionality as well...

Home Depot has gotten extremely worse on customer service. I was scheduled to get my carpet done. on January 22 took the day off waited from 9 to 12 called Home Depot to make sure they were still coming in the morning. No one for two hours did not answers that phone they just let it ring and when they do answer they kindly hang up on you as if you were disconnected, I told my story To four different people still got no callback from a manager. Nobody when I did write a review, they called me back to tell me my carpet was still being installed that it would be arriving in the morning. I already knew my carpet wasn’t here because the manager from Romanoff in Klamath Falls stated that they would not be coming because my carpet never arrived This carpet was ordered a month prior to my install called Holly from flooring. She said she’d get back to me got nothing. Talk a manager which have no idea what’s going on in that store? Nobody resolved anything for me. I will never never order anything from Home Depot again. I do have to say there was one employee there name Renne Who always goes above and beyond to try to help anybody in any department? Kudos to Renne .who’s ever in charge of Home Depot today? Should really look into how people are treated. The quality of your customer service and resolving issues needs...
