Read moreOnce again problems through the drive through. Crescent City, CA 5:20pm Monday January 21 ,2019. Again by a different young man telling me through the drive through intercom that I couldn't get a dark roast pour over through the drive through. I had to come in. Mind you, I am the only one in the drive through. I said WRONG, and said I would see him at the window. I handed him my January Starbucks cup and stated again that I can get a pour over through the drive through. He took my cup. Meanwhile, the other young man retrieving milk from cooler behind the young man helping me was smerking. He was the one who said to me the other time I went through the drive through that I couldn't get pour over in the drive through. I immediately stated the District Manager was informed of what they are telling customers in the drive through and she inturn contacted their manager to put an end to this lack of service. I also made it very clear customers can get anything on Starbucks menu when going through the drive through. The young man at the window handed me my coffee turn around and walked away leaving the drive through window open. I drove off flustered that apparently the manager is not getting the word out to ALL employees. This Starbucks really needs to clean house. Customers are doing them a favor not the...
Read moreThis is an amazing place to stop by if you want to get connected, try your favorite beverage and experience the awesome hospitality. The baristas are very friendly and are thoughtful with the drink suggestions. On a warm but foggy afternoon, we ended up ordering some hot chai. I was however intrigued by one of their summer Kiwi refreshers and asked the baristas, Grace and Caleb about it. Grace gave me a sample of the drink to try very quickly. I appreciate the quick thinking from Grace to ensure a wonderful customer experience.
With the construction on Highway 101, parking yourself in this place is well worth it as you wait for the road to reopen after four hours. We were there as a group of 8 people and there was ample space for us even with 50% occupancy. Parking is very adequate. This location has a drive thru that stays busy given lot of folks pass through and want to grab a quick drink without getting inside the store. Store was very clean and so was the restroom.
If you need additional places to visit, you can try the lighthouse which is by the coast and just a mile away...
