Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Crescent City

On 09/24/20 I purchased a pepperoni deep dish and classic pepperoni pizza. After some of the pizza had been eaten or attempted to eat at home, my family realized that the deep dish tasted funny. It actually tasted and smelled like some kind of soap. It was too late to go back that day to complain. The next day, I took the remaining pieces of both pizzas back to the Little Caesars that it was purchased at. I told the manager at the counter what had happened. He asked why some of the pizza is missing if it was that bad. I told him that I only brought back the whole pieces and threw away pieces with bites out of them. I only asked for a full refund of both pizzas. Without any apology or slightest amount of concern, he offered refund for the one deep dish pizza. I refused this offer and stated that I want a full refund. He refused to refund me the full price for two pizzas after that awful experience. I told him that I will call their headquarters and give a bad review. He told me to go ahead and call them. I took the pizza and receipt and left. I went home and called the Little Caesars Headquarters and reported this problem. They took my information and said they would call me back. That was on 09/25/20. I have not heard from Little Caesars Headquarters yet. I guess they don't...

The pizzas used to be hot and fresh here but lately, they have become very hit and miss and when you go in to order it's way to dark and hot and your rarely ever met by someone who is friendly working behind the counter. when trying to order from either inside or out you have to deal with either no menu on the outside because it's been broken for quite some time or you have to deal with flickering menus on the inside along with that the inside looked as if it could use a better cleaning but there is always room for improvement in any store and I'm hopeful that the staff at this location can become a little more professional when dealing with customers and each other now getting to the food my hot and ready pizza was warm when I got it but after the first few bites you could tell it wasn't fresh or had been both undercooked and sat in the warmer to long but again room for...

I normaly wouldn't be righting this, except for the last 5 or so days me and my girlfriend have gotten Pizza from them every night, we get home, get our Jamie's on, sit down, pray, and open the pizza....... aaaaaaand it's completely not what we orderd.... normally I'm ok with things like that but for 5 night in a row? REALLY?...... the same thing? So for this I'm leaving 1 star cause I'm not allowed to leave less than that. So I called to complain about this issue, so she took my "name" and they said that they're management would be in at 9 am tomorrow...... ya... so it looks like il be there at 9 am. I hope they have a good manager who knows what to do in this situation and wants to help fix it. For some reason I doubt it. But we'll see. I personally haven't heard anything good about that place, but to me it's just a fast 5$ meal in a pinch, and I guess you get what...
