The end of this transaction has been a horrible painful one. We will never do business with Cozy Cabins or its realtors again .We will never recommend this place to anyone. We were deceived from the MLS listing all the way to the legal description on the house we purchased. They refuse to settle this by getting a surveyor which we requested. And now they refuse to communicate. They worked together both the seller’s agent Ardee and the buyer agent Nancy to push this deal through only having the sellers best interest. Never raised any concerns over the encroachment on this property which if they would have we would not have purchased this house .If Nancy really cared about her clients she should have raised a concern about the encroachment but instead she said nothing. We trusted Nancy with this big purchase, with the paperwork and with our hard earned money and we regret it. We were just a commission check to this company and regrettably are paying the...
