Road House Pizza — Restaurant in California

usually get pizza to go and usually really good. Food today was good but decided to take some friends here and eat, watch football etc and service was absolutely embarrassing and awful ! I realize the owner cant be there all of the time but if you cant get some qualified people you might should consider doing take out only !!! They really where an embarrassment to your establishment.. i certainly dont want to embarrass anyone when in fact it was all of them ! We spent a lot of money on beer, wine, pizza and wings and they made my wife drink her wine out of a red plastic soda cup another friend out of a beer glass and another friend in a wine glass ( got one right ) because they said they didnt have any clean dishes ...they had only been open for 2 hours when we had arrived there and no one was in the place so whats the excuse.. They were all standing around eating there own pizza ( which is a good sign i guess) but then they went and got McDonald's and were eating it in there kitchen in plain site, maybe have someone wash a few dishes ? All staff were very unfriendly and we had to ask for EVERYTHING that we needed to eat with while we were there...plates etc Again food was good but we will NEVER stay to eat there again ! I know the owner and realize she is doing her best to run her dads business ( which is a sad story ) but without her there its a disaster ! I hope she sees this post and maybe she can make some corrections , your staff is not helping your cause. fyi this was on Sunday at 130 pm we stayed and ate and drank for 2 1/2 hours they did mess up our original order and also our reorder on drinks and also (caught ?) them over charging ? maybe it was an accident, once we caught it they argued about what we ordered but eventually corrected THEIR mistake on the order and...

Very disappointed with the customer service, me and my family arrived into town at 8pm on Saturday night as we settled into our rental for a few days and checked nearby places to grab some dinner. Upon looking online everywhere else closed at 9o’clock and this place was open until 930 so I figured great we will order from them. I called at 8:50 PM right away they answered the phone and say they’re closed. So I figured Man we missed out and I didn’t want McDonald’s so I called La Casita, Mind you it says online they close at 9:00pm and it was 8:54pm The lady answers and says yes we’re closed but no problem we can take your order for you (now that’s customer service). But the worst part of this is when I was walking to go get my food from La Casita I have to walk by the pizza place and guess what I see open signs everywhere and people inside and out some appear to be employees setting around talking with either friends or employees that are off the clock I can’t tell you which one but what I can do is bet you that this is why they weren’t taking orders 40 minutes before they closed. Family owned. Service is non-existent. Tables and floors ALWAYS dirty. Owner sits at the counter and watches TV and is completely oblivious as to how to run a simple pizza restaurant.

Boyfriend CALLED in prior to my arrival to; "order and pay" for my pizza (so it would be ready when I arrived to eat-in).

Order taker said my order was already in and paid for. I waited for OVER 1 HOUR and no pizza? Asked at the counter about my pizza three different times!? Finally, the person at the counter said my ticket got lost? No APOLOGY and I was treated like it was MY fault??? #smh

Pizza came to my table about 10 minutes later. Just tossed on my table, with no; I'm sorry you had to wait or anything.

The restaurant was virtually empty and it appeared they were concentrating heavily on takeout and delivery orders?

I have lived full time in Crestline for 6 years and this is the "repeated theme" at this restaurant.

It's a shame, as our community really needs a pizza restaurant. The pizza is good but I have had ENOUGH and so have SO many other residents who live here.
