the cashier lady wasn't friendly and she was impatient. It takes me awhile to decide what to order but I could tell she didn't want to wait even though there was nobody else in the cafe. Also then I realized I had forgotten my money in my car. She made it obvious she was annoyed again. When I came back she had a very Stern look on her face.It seemed to say that she did NOT appreciate having to wait for me to get back. The worse latte I have ever had. We ordered an iced latte and an iced matcha latte and it was almost $19 for both. The lady handed us our drinks and the ice was already melting. We tried them and it was very clear that they were just warm drinks with ice in it. No espresso shot in the latte. We kindly told the lady helping us that it wasn’t what we expected and we would like a refund and she was very rude and said she couldn’t do a refund because she isn’t the owner.
