So you may notice the picture is a little dark… My friend and I were trying to look for a dress and the cashier said we had 5 minutes and then her system wouldn’t let her ring us out which was perfectly fine. I was changing back into my clothes to leave when she turned the lights off on me and another customer and told us “I’m sorry but you guys need to leave” and the other customer replied with “okay, but you didn’t have to turn the lights off on us while changing” and the cashier replied with “I don’t give a damn” then argued with another customer and said “bye Felicia” at this point my friend and I were heading out and didn’t say anything to the cashier but she had locked the doors on all of us?? Now keep in mind they close at 8pm and I took the photo at 8pm which I get can be annoying, I work in customer service as well but they would’ve fired me for acting this way. She was very very rude...

I don’t normally write google reviews but I just can’t say enough great things and felt it is important to share about exceptional service from the beautiful selection, the overall quality of clothing and accessories, to the amazing customer service experience! I’ve never had a time that I’ve been in this lovely store that I haven’t left saying to myself, they have such a friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling not just pleased with your purchase but also happy with your service and wanting to come back . They’re always super organized in here which I love and I will give them credit for, but the prices are ridiculous, the clothes fit kinda oddly and I have heard this from many other people as well. The customer service is good.

The lack of trendy clothes and the way they fit as well as the pricing is what deters me...
