Force me to spend my money elsewhere. Wanted to avoid the Big stores, ok with spend a little more thinking small neighborhood store would be better. Boy was I wrong here. Went in for bags of top soil and peat moss, getting ready for planting season. They had it all out back and told me the prices were at the register. However information at register didn't tell you how big the bags were nor what brand, just upcoming code. I asked if someone could walk me back to see what I was paying for and the manager snarled "No, you can't go through our back room". I explained the issue and that I wasn't going to pay money if I didn't know what I was paying for a d she shot back "Well I don't know what to tell you, that's how it is." And dismissed me but turning around and walking away. Young cashier was so embarrassed and pleasant. So sorry he has to work with such an unprofessional, rude manager. But he had to get condescending and rude like he lost his patience with an 8 yr old. I told him I'd find it myself I did. I've been to a least 100 TSC stores around the country. Thank you Dothan Alabama Tractor supply. We requested the Crestview location transfer the mower to the Chipley, Fla Tractor supply location. The store manager at Crestview location refused our request to transfer the mower to Chipley location. I am a rewards member and long time Tractor supply customer. This was not an unusual request. Crestview Fla location sends and receives products from the Chipley location on a routine basis. This cost me two hrs of travel with a trailer in tow and very much aggravation.
