Perhaps you should ask all women with purses or similar to leave their purses behind counters or.... for those folks who refuse good customer service, tell the customer to leave them on the counter at the customer service desk because no one will take it there surely, right? I've been asked to leave my bookbag on the counter at the Pic N Save in Crestview multiple times within just the past few months. I had shopped their a while and took my bookbag with me around the store plenty of times in the months before ever being asked the first time and never had a word said to me. One day, they then told me they'd put it behind the counter. Well I tried to comply but now they even refuse that regularly it seems... they just want it on the counter... My bookbag is old, but it was a 40 dollar bookbag and I've had it since 2008. It is now 2014 and just raggedy. I had complained to the manager one day when I was told to leave it on the corner, and he had told them to just put it behind the counter. He didn't look nor sound all too pleased about the way I was treated either. Well, tonight, 9/3/2014, Margarette in the customer service area at 7:20pm this evening at that very store once again brought up old things and told me to just sit the bag on the corner of customer service AGAIN, where if someone happened to not be paying attention, 'SWIPE!' .. there goes MY bookbag, and you know good and well the business will not replace it. I walk to most places and I don't have a vehicle. The bookbag is the only way for me to get things like 2 large bottles of water, gatorade, and a couple of cold drinks and such home! It's also IMPOSSIBLE for me to shop ... literally impossible if my bookbag isn't behind the counter because I'll be sitting at a distance just watching my bookbag all day because I don't want it stolen. It's my grocery carrier, water carrier, etc. to me, and it would costs 'ME' money to replace something they have a much higher possibility of forgetting is there when it is out in the open. I mean really, what if I had left my phone in there or something else? .. and then it get swiped because someone said just leave it on the counter? No Margarette, I don't think so... I will be calling up the complaint line, as well as management for that store. By the way, I took my shopping elsewhere tonight ... although I needed some yogurt, milk, and definitely some water and gatorade! By the way, if you out there have a car, most likely this is a circumstance you should be thankful you do not have to go through .... -_- Also, I gave this 3 stars because MOST of the time, so far, I haven't been treated this horribly, however it seems like it happens too often and shouldn't happen at all... They have fair prices...
Read moreAt this store, I would look around before buying food at. There is mold on the cieling((I've told management but they don't do anything')), under the shelves, and in the bathroom. Though the workers Mercedes, Stephane, Margaret, And everyone else, EXCEPT thier boss. He is extremely rude and doesn't do anything to help out the customers. My mother had been a worker there for a year and a half, and had quit Becaus of him. She was one of the hardest workers there, and me, most of her co workers, and herself believed she deserved a raise or promotion. She worked much harder than everyone else there, and actually deserved it. Though the boss/manager who overlooked them all only have praise or promotions to the other girls because they had a better 'frame' like the butt and chest. Not to mention ALMOST all of the...
Read moreI was in this store with my service dog and was harassed by the workers being told I couldn’t have a dog in there. I kindly told them that he was a service animal and they kept telling me that I couldn’t have a dog in there. He was not vested at this time and under the Federal ADA law a service animal does not have to be vested as long as they are under control and working. My dog was most definitely under control and working through this whole interaction. The employees told me that it was a store policy that he had to be vested and that the policy was posted on the door. The only thing posted on the door was a ‘no pets allowed’ sign. My family and I will not be shopping here anymore and will now be going to the pic n save in baker since they are very friendly and knowledgeable on...
