Complaint Regarding Horrible Customer Service Experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the abysmal customer service I recently encountered at your establishment. The experience I had was nothing short of horrible, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
On Dec 2, I visited your store located at [s] with the intention of purchasing [product/service]. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Not only were they unhelpful, but their attitude towards customers was dismissive and disrespectful.
Firstly, I approached an employee to inquire about the availability of a specific product. Instead of providing any assistance, they seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. When I pressed for more information, they responded with a curt and unhelpful remark, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Furthermore, the lack of knowledge displayed by your staff was astonishing. When I asked a simple question about the features of a particular product, the employee seemed clueless and unable to provide any relevant information. It was evident that they had not been adequately trained or was drunken on the products they were supposed to be selling.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to voice my concerns to a manager or supervisor, I was met with further disappointment. The manager on duty seemed disinterested in addressing my complaint and brushed me off with a dismissive attitude. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address customer concerns is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company as a whole.
As a loyal customer, I expected a certain level of service and professionalism, which was sorely lacking during my recent visit. It is disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially considering the reputation your company has built over the years.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is crucial that you address the issues with your staff's behavior, provide them with proper training, and instill a customer-centric culture within your organization. Additionally, I request a formal apology for the distress caused by this experience.
If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and share my negative experience with friends, family, and online platforms.
