Read moreThis was my first time eating here and honestly I wasn't impressed at all. The pizza here is overpriced, they only have either 10" or 16" size pizza but I knew that a 10" would not fill me up so I went for the larger option and just ordered a pepperoni pizza. I waited almost 30 minutes for my pizza and honestly I could have bought a tastier pizza from little caesar's and at least saved money. The cheese tastes like generic mozzarella you get on a school lunch pizza and the crust was like cardboard...I probably won't be back just doesn't seem worth it, I think I'll just stick with pizza hit or Domino's.
Update: In response back to the owners message...clearly you lack the professionalism it requires to take HONEST criticism so I won't fault you too much for the immature response and the minimal concern for what could have been a returning customer had you just tried to fix the situation like a owner who actually cares. The wait was clearly not as much of an issue as the taste and price of the pizza which I did not feel was worth what I spent. That is MY opinion and MY experience and I didn't taste the pizza until I got home so had I known that there would be a substantial need for me to address the manager I would have. The young lady at the counter was very nice and informed me that the pizza would be a little longer than 20 minutes, trust me I know how to tell time and I watched my phone and it was almost 30 minutes, but as I stated before that was not my main concern so no I didn't bring it up while there. As far as "if" and when I was there I wouldn't be writing this review had I NOT been there. Maybe you should focus more on learning how to take CONSTRUCTIVE criticism as opposed to giving backlash on every review that is not praising you, every establishment will not always receive nothing but positive reviews smh. You have a BLESSED...
Read more3 of us stopped in for lunch as we were working close by. One of us is a vegan so we figured it would take a little longer for his order...thankfully the cook was nice enough to accommodate him and cook a half of a veggie pizza for him. The other person is a strict meat eater and doesn't like vegetables. We sat outside and seems we were overlooked. All three of us had ordered the lunch special, which was supposed to be salad, drink and two slices of pizza. This is a very good quality pizza and worth the wait...The meat eater specifically made sure his pizza would be sausage and or, pepperoni. After 40 minutes we inquired about our order and was told it was coming up... After 1 hour and ten minutes, we inquired again, to be asked what we ordered...and that it was mistakenly given to another customer... I understand these things happen. We asked that our order to be in to go boxes, because now we were pressed for time. In the end, the cook gave us each two pieces of pizza, two slices of veggie pizza for the vegetarian, and two slices of supreme pizza for myself and my co worker, who is an advid meat eater, and doesn't like vegetables. This disappointed him greatly, Can't please everyone... Although my vegetarian friend and I did not receive our salad, therefore, not getting what we paid for, the meat eater did not receive what he paid for either. Since I was asked, I gave this information freely. Personally, I get paid through lunch as long as it doesn't take over 40 minutes with travel time. Today I had to sacrifice one hours pay on food that I did not receive the full amount of, and sacrifice one hours pay for being gone so long. So I lost around 30 dollars. All three of us had to do this today. This IS a good pizza, and worth it, when one can afford the time and the money. Maybe this is not a place for...
