My Boyfriend and I waited 40 minutes to get our food today. We had some time to kill and because I have been craving a whopper for several days we went to this Burger King because ours here in Niceville is no longer open. When we got there the drive-thru had one car in it but there were several cars in the parking lot. We waited patiently, the car in front pulled forward so we followed and pulled up to the speaker, the employee informed us that it would be a wait before they could get to us because they were busy upfront. So we waited patiently yet again, not sure how much time had gone by, we were finally able to place our order, quickly and accurately. Pulled to the second window to pay. There was a car pulled forward but wasn't the same car that was in front of us at the beginning, I thought it odd, but assumed the other car just had a quick order. The employee that took the order took and processed our payment quickly and handed us our drinks, which were incorrectly made(I always order no ice), anytime an establishment messes up the drinks I shrug it off no big deal just means I have to finish my drink before it starts to get watered down is all no need to complain about something so small. A different employee came out and had us pull around to the front door and said he'd bring out our order, I thought that odd instead of pulling forward so we did. The same employee who took our order and payment brought us the wrong order asking if we had what they brought so they went back in. So the employee that had us drive around to the front, who turned out to be the general manager of that location, came back out and asked what we had, we told them and turns out the first employee gave our order to the wrong person. But what happened next is why I give this establishment 5 stars, they let us keep that order, I was so hangry so I was grateful to have the fries from it, while they went and pulled our ticket and had our order remade. While waiting the manager even came back out and offered to refill our drinks and I could have had them correct that mistake but could see that this establishment is struggling with finding adequate people to work here so didn't worry about it. The wait was well worth it though to finally taste that...
Read moreI went here this morning for breakfast. I pre ordered online like I usually do. Got my food and it was hot and everything was correct. So that was all great. The employees aren’t super friendly but it’s early in the morning so I wouldn’t be to perky if I was at work really early either. The main problem I had, to some might not be a problem but myself and my friends all think it is. All of the employees had masks and gloves on which was great bc they need to stay safe since they are working with people all day. The issue is the manager wasn’t wearing a mask or anything. She was handling food and pouring coffee. What is the point of trying to keep your employees safe and then the person in charge is in my opinion being careless. If she’s not worried about herself that’s fine and no bad thoughts about it that’s fine, but she’s putting employees and customers at risk if someone has come in with COVID. She can transfer it to anyone wether she gets sick or not. I don’t know maybe I’m wrong for being upset about it but I think that’s totally disrespectful to other people including people she’s working with. I’m sure there will be negative thoughts about this and some agreeing with me. I’m choosing not to go back here again. A bunch of my friends that go all of the time have also said they aren’t going anymore either until things clear up more and we know there is no risk to anyone. I feel bad for the employees that they have to deal with this. They are probably upset that she doesn’t wear a mask either but are probably afraid to say something because of possibly getting fired. It’s just sad. So in my opinion it’s not worth the risk to go here anymore no matter how anything is there...
Read moreI use to go to this one every day with my lil dog when he was in training cuz he loved there chicken nuggets an staff was always great with red headed lady manager or young guy with braids but lately I can't cuz the Lil brown haired new window lady manager I don't know a kid teased my therapy dog an he barked at the person not dangerously tho just expressing his discomfort for the guys actions to ears me doing his job well today Ii went in there an this girl pops off loudly u need to get that dog out go like I'm her child the people around turned an all looked at me I never been so embarrassed in all my life I said nothing an left after she kept saying it u need to get that dog out I didn't say a word as she practically yelled at me very unprofessional an rude an embarrassing I was already depressed cuz my dog is sick an my husband is in hospital as of two days now she better watch it if I was someone else they might HV snatched her over the counter talking that way I'm just out of energy to even tell her off I'll just call corporate or hopefully tell her another time but definitely going to let the other manager know why there fav dog mascot hasn't been in lately Wich they always us feel like family like I said very rude short girl brown strait hair glasses I think she's manager or something but this ain't over I do miss going there but next time I won't HV my dog an she will give me apology last girl did that at domino's lost her job I'll HV hers too if she don't u can't be in customer service fast food an tell at customers like there ur kids or embarrassed them there's such thing called social educate Wich she obviously...
