The guy that runs this store is very sweet && professional. He also did a GREAT job on my screen... BUT, I’ve had numerous problems with my phone since I’ve picked it up from cellular world && now my camera isn’t working. Snapchat, phone, any. && my phone didn’t have any problems at all before I dropped it off with him except the screen. Also, when I call someone or they call me, I can’t hear them period. They can hear me but I can’t hear anything. && again, I didn’t have this problem before. I’m upset but like I said, he did great with my screen && he was very welcoming && professional. Just be cautious is my opinion. I don’t think I’ll ever go...

So grateful for this place !! My phone was damaged on vacation , after having to buy a new phone on vacation, I brought them the damaged phone to attempt to retrieve over 20,000 photos that I didn’t have backed up to the cloud … I was so afraid all those memories would be lost . I took my Ipad to Cellular World for a screen replacement. First, they had the screen in stock, which is sometimes a problem. They were able to get the repair done in less than 24 hours, which was super helpful because I needed the IPad for a next day meeting. Finally, their price was about what I paid another company five years ago to replace the screen on the same device. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and helpful and I cannot recommend Cellular World...
