Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Crossville

My friend asked me if I wanted something to eat ... I love to eat! I ordered the new pretzel and cheese which was phenomenal!!! It was like a savory donut!!!! My friend ordered a number one. He took a bite and then said...hmmm. there's something wrong here .. maybe the lettuce or pickle or something was off. He took another bite after he took a drink and cleared his pallet. The next bit also tasted....off. so he wrapped up his burger and set it aside. When the hop came to see how we were doing Phillip told her his sandwich was off....but that I was enjoying my pretzel very much. She sent a manager out to see if he could help Phillip. This is where things got a little more off-putting. The manager said that Phillip ate half the sandwich so they would not refund his money!! After much discussion and a couple of trips back inside the manager brought me another pretzel...poor...

I visited a week ago 3 times and my order was incorrect and the food was cold each time. Their app was difficult and if you ordered drinks, they won't honor their app pricing. Such a bait and switch and overall horrible service..!!! No drink carriers when you order 4 drinks, but you do get lip service from a hop and threats of cancelling your order after being there for 40 minutes. So be it..!! Out of my three visits last week, I received only one receipt. If you have a problem with anything, the so called "supervisor in charge" doesn't know, or won't give you the manager's name and kept telling me that it was a "corporate thing" and to contact corporate. I have contacted corporate and made complaints. Lousy service, wrong orders, no receipts, cold food, unfriendly staff, high prices for lousy quality of food and no accountability. So, why would I...

That was crazy! Just ordered mozzarella sticks a strawberry watermelon drink a # 1 combo add bacon with coke to drink and a #2 combo no tomatoes and sweet tea. Order was over 22.00..we get the order and no fries or sauce for cheese sticks. Pressed the button and got someone that told me that we ordered cheese sticks in place of the French fries. I asked them to come out. The man argued with me. So I gave him them food back and asked for a refund and left. Wow. It would have been fine if they would have brought us our fries and sauce instead they argued it. Also the order went well there was no confusion about it. And I ordered the mozzarella sticks first. Very poor service...can I give less stars? Anyway we're at Hardees now bill was only 18 dollars and we got fries with...
