We purchase a sofa and loveseat in February 2023. We travel a lot and from March until the middle of September we were out of the state. In December of 2023 I contacted Crossville Wholesale Furniture as we were unhappy with the quality of the furniture. The furniture was looking gray and dirty. Upon looking closer look, it appears to be a design flaw in the fabric. Was told that they couldn’t find any record of our sale and I would have to text them a copy of invoice and pictures. I sent them in the next day and waited and after not hearing anything back, I called the store again at the beginning of January and was told they don’t warranty dirt. I again explained get it wasn’t dirty and I would like them to contact the manufacturer and have a representative contact me. On the invoice it was hand written that the furniture has a lifetime warranty. It hasn’t lasted a full year. It has since been almost 2 months again with no contact, no response. The customer service and quality of the furniture we purchased is severely lacking. We are a retired couple with no family in the state, we don’t smoke and have no pets. We relied on reviews as well as the manufacturers warranty thinking we made a wise choice. We couldn’t have been more wrong in our choice of both. Read moreWe bought a living room set earlier this year for $5900 and we have been very satisfied with the furniture. The motor went out in the recliner on Saturday morning, in the reclining position. I called Crossville Wholesale on Monday morning, gave a gentleman the issue and he said he would have his repair guy call me. This morning, almost 48 hours without hearing anything I called back to get an update. The same gentleman answered the phone and said that he passed the message along and that I should get a call back tomorrow or Friday. I am not sure why it should take 4 days to get a call back for a recliner motor, but I guess that is how they back up the warranty that they provide. Follow up: It has been over 6 weeks and chair still has not been fixed, today is 01/06/2025. When we called to today to inquire about the part and repair we were told that the motor for the chair would be mailed to our home (it has not been yet), and that it would up to us to install the motor. Honestly I have never been treated so poorly and while I have never used a warranty for furniture...I do not believe this is how it should work. If you have any options at all, do not use this vendor, they do not know how to treat a customer after the sale...they will take your money just fine...don't count on follow up if there...

As soon as I walked in I fell in love with a beautiful sectional and bedroom suite. Lisa introduced herself and told me about the pieces I loved. She was very knowledgeable and straightforward with prices ,and a joy to talk to. After learning what we were looking for and our budget she took us around the store ,and did such a great job of showing all of our options. After we made our choices financing was a breeze and we were out the door quickly with home delivery set up. There ended up being a piece that was damaged ,before they even brought it out Lisa called to let me know and offer me an upgrade as a replacement! The delivery men were very kind and did a great job setting everything up. We have had the furniture for a few days now and it’s so sturdy and well made ,on top of gorgeous.
