The woman in this store lied to me when I asked them if they check that the belt was working on a vacuum then when I brought it back the next day she remembered me but told me that she wasn't helping me without a receipt so I dug around and found that and then she told a lie and said that the piece that was off of the top of the handle was there when I bought it yesterday and it was not and I still decided to buy it because it was a not necessary piece but she said that she remembered it being there and lot and tried to say that she was going to help me because of that she went out of her way to make meaty look like a liar called me a liar and a thief basically and didn't want to help me to replace the item and they told me I could not have my money back I can only have in-store credit became angry about it she banned me from the storethis is an older woman with gray hair I think she may be the one in charge in there but she is not a good person cuz at her age you think she would have a little bit of honesty left in her and she has not because she didn't care whether or not she's sold me a broken vacuum she was going to do everything she could to try not to replace the vacuum even though she knew that I purchased it there she remembered me from selling selling it to me and she remembered telling me that it worked now mind you all of this stuff is donated it cost nothing to the store how stingy can you be to steal my money when we are dropping stuff at your door for free to help u turn a profit and you are greedy enough to lie and cheat a someone who came in and filled up a cart and and honestly paid for everything is this good business to insult the person you lied to and call them a dishonest thief when you are the one who behaved that was to in the...

After yesterday’s experience this is the last place on earth that I would considering donating to. Donated over $2000 worth of left over estate items and the manager treated us as though we were donating a heap of JUNK. He was very unappreciative, rude and condescending as though he didn’t need any of our donations. Asked for two separate tax receipts and the manager said one estate, one receipt?!?! Explained that we were splitting the donation of the estate and manager acted like we were not entitled. For some stupid reason he stated YOU MUST BE DEMOCRATS!!! Then we stated we haven’t even got to the Attic yet and he stated TAKE IT SOME PLACE ELSE. Believe you me we will have no problem donating to some cause who will appreciate it!!!!!!! I have NEVER been so disappointed donating items for a good cause as I was yesterday. Told the MANAGER “? TOM” thank you, which should have been coming from HIM and he replied welcome!!! He then proceeded to stand with both arms folded against his arm pits and glared as we backed the trailer out of the fenced area. Not only will I not donate to this cause I will not be shopping there...

Benefitting a host of good charities, the finds here are excellent. Varied, with something cool for everyone. I buy stuff for my friendly peeps: tshirts, mugs, school supplies mostly. Ex. Tshirts that are high priced new (like MLB or NFL) can be had here for a coupla dollars. And trust me… no one will know you didn’t pay the big cash for it anyway.

Ms. Penny at the cashier’s desk is a big Pittsburg Steelers fan going way back. Ask her about the time “the power went out during The Super Bowl”. It’s a de-lightful story to make yer day brighter!
