Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Crossville

3/26/2025- long review…. But service is worth the acknowledgment!! Just had dinner at Pizza Hut in CROSSVILLE TN and hands down- best food, best service EVER! There were about 6 tables in total occupied (opposite sides of the dining area) and as our waiter seated us, he did let us know he was the only waiter available at the time. 1st- wow! Thanks for the heads up and we took our seat. His name was Hunter. He was quick, very efficient, kept our drinks refilled and other than the initial wait of maybe 8 minutes on the wings, he kept our food coming to table in perfect timing. Cheese bread was soft and cheese was perfectly baked. Same with the bread sticks. Breadsticks were soft and so good that we sent him back with compliments for the employees in the back cooking. Then out comes the pizza! Hot, stringy and delicious!! Crust was crisp. Thank you HUNTER for THE BEST customer service in a while and thanks to JOSH working in the back and making pizza that I enjoyed eating! So nice to see employees with hustle and who obviously take pride in what they do. That trait will serve you well in life. Keep up the good work. Wish I had pics of the all the...

Lets start with the online stuff. I ordered 2 pizzas, one a simple 1 topping, the other had 3 toppings. It said wait time 33 minutes. no problem at all. I recheck the online thing and it says its done. So I walk in from my car (wasnt worried about time that much). Walk in and the lady says "we just put it in the oven". I ask her how long that takes and she said she didn't know. So I sit on the bench thingy over there. I wait 11 minutes for my pizza...... Whilst waiting I asked again how long it would be and was told it is almost done. It was another 5-6 minutes til it was done. The man who gave me the pizza did not say any words at all. I drove him (not far) and the pizza looks like it had been sitting for quite a while, it was not very hot either..... I ordered chicken, bacon, banana peppers.... it did not have bacon it had some kind of sausage.... The pepperoni pizza had so much crust on it too.... like an enormous amount of crust. Overall the service was horrible, the food was horrible, the atmosphere...

Pizza huts customer service is almost literally nonexistent. It seems to be easier to deal with comcasts support than to order a pie. I placed an order on the website, and the website sent in wrong information. When I called to correct the order the server neglected to inform me of the price change.

When I tried to pay for the order server had to ask multiple people how to ring up the order. After informing the server that he should of informed me of the price change another server rudely intervened and got the manager.

When I informed the manager of what had happened he showed no understanding of what I had said, displayed no empathy, and tried to belittle me in front of customers stating how the issue was my fault instead of their poor excuse of training.

When we got the order home, there were less toppings on the pie then normal, the pie was also not baked all the way, and nearly made us sick.

I will attempt to never go to another pizza hut for as long I live....
