I dont do this ever, but I just had the worst customer service experience at the Main Street Dairy Queen ever. I had an order that included two grilled chicken sandwiches no mayo add honey mustard. The issue was they put regular mustard instead of honey... not a big deal I went to the speaker, told them what happened no problem. Well, I get to the window, the girl asks for my card now normally I wouldve said something but it was late and I understand that they did give me two sandwiches they they can't resell so I was just like, "No biggie". Well apparently they thought I was the order behind and charged me for that order. They did refund me from the till. Again, I'm still not mad, just a miscommunication. What made me mad and why I will never go back there is the girl asked for the sandwiches back with an attitude after interrogating me as to why there was an issue. Angrily threw them in the trash can and said, "You need to pull up to the exit, you'll be waiting awhile!!" After that I left and went to Wendy's for the chicken sandwiches. On my way home, I called up there. Had to call 4 times before anyone answered. The manager answered and yes I was upset and yes I had an attitude at this point, but I was not directing my anger at the manager. I just stated the truth, I was treated the worst I'd ever been treated at any establishment and that I would not be back. The manager proceeded to get an attitude as well and tried to "explain" what happened and said that if I interrupted her she'd hang up. All I asked and granted it did have frustration behind it, was "Does she not understand why I'm upset." She said ok have a good day and hung up. That's fine, but that is no way to treat a customer especially one that frequents it almost every week especially on weekends. I work in customer service. I am beyond understanding of mistakes, but if I treated a client of mine on the phone the way I was treated tonight, I would rightly be fired on the spot. It is unacceptable and I thought the public...

And was rude the whole time, and I had to pay to clean the inside of my cars console the seat and between then because of the sour milk smell the next day that I couldn’t get myself , this happened about a month ago, but just went back today and wow 23 minutes to get a3 piece chicken strip lunch and a original cheeseburger , they had employees but they were not working together, everyone was lost standing around, and my sundae was 1/2 melted because they gave me that with my...
Read moreTHE OWNER OF THIS DQ, IS EXTREMELY RUDE, HATEFUL, CHEAP, AND SHE HAS ZERO QUALITIES WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE LITTERLY YELLED AT ME AND BELITTLED ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, ETC. FOR USING A COUPON THAT DAIRY QUEEN HAD SENT ME VIA EMAIL. FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS DQ AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK TO GET A BLIZZARD, EVEN ALL THE EMPLOYEES KNOW EXACTLY WHAT KIND OF BLIZZARD I WANT WHEN I COME. INTOLD THE OWNER THAT I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING TO HER RESTAURANT AND THAT I WOULD BE GOING TO THE OTHER DQ IN TOWN THAT SHE DOES NOT OWN. HER REPLY WAS "WELL I WILL BE SURE TO TELL THEM TO EXPECT YOU." I MEAN REALLY? SERIOUSLY, ALL THIS OVER A COUPON THAT DQ SENT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE... WOW! SO THEREFOR I MUST LET EVERYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN VISIT THE DAIRY QUEEN AT THE BP TRAVEL PLAZA OFF GENESIS ROAD. NOT THE ONE ACROSS FROM LONG...
