Teased Hair and Lash Salon — Local services in Crowley

Since this “business” doesn’t like it when others give honest reviews and instead of owning up to their mistakes they’d rather lie and/or deceive their customers I’ll repost what they decided to delete.

I went to get a hair cut with a coupon I received in the mail in October (it says "issue date, October 2021" and "Valid for 90 days" on the coupon itself). The coupon was for a "Free hair cut or 30% off any hair color service." I made an appointment for today at 11 and arrived a couple minutes early. Upon entering the salon I mentioned I had a coupon. The hair stylist that was there already helping someone said they had to ask and make sure it was not expired. So, I waited. Then after waiting five minutes (which was fine, I know they were busy) they told me the coupon expired and would not take the coupon . I told them to please look at the coupon to see for themselves the issue date and they would not even take a look at it. I really wanted to try them out because if my hair cut was good, I definitely would be coming back. I do not know why they wouldn't just simply look at the coupon. Why would you send out a coupon if you didn't want people to use it? I wasted my time and gas to be told they wouldn’t honor their own coupon. Very fishy.

After a year of using teased as my GO TO PLACE!!!! I’m here to leave my own experiences and let you all decide where to go get your next cut, or nail fix.

The owner and stylists there are so fun, professional, and take pride in their work! I wished I would’ve found them sooner. The friendships and relationships built over this last year are so valuable! I go every two weeks to get my nails refilled and designed by the best (Avery) , extension up keep to keep them looking fabulous (heather) , & go for waxing of the eyebrows all the time! I’m in and out in a timely manner and recommend this place to everyone ❤️ Give them a try and you’ll never go back to any where but TEASED😍❤️

The customer service is beyond UNBEATABLE! I even had to the owner transform my hair for my wedding! THE BEST 😍 we went from a loose curl...

So I have so much respect for Stephanie, the owner, as a business owner and as a woman in general. I wont go into details but someone messed up my lashes and this awesome woman fixed my lashes on a Saturday @8 am. Shes super fast and just a beast at what she does. And super friendly also. Now I dont have to walk around looking like a mess!!! Heather is who does my hair and shes awesome at what she does as well. Lexi did my moms hair and it looked great too! I would definitely reccomend these ladies to anyone. They are awesome and professional @ what they do and I will definitely not go to anyone else...
