WelpâŚthis used to be one of our favorite restaurant, but that has quickly changed since they moved to Crowley. We went for my husbandâs birthday to get some of our favorite pizzasâŚwell, we wish we would have gone elsewhere. We walk in and itâs UNBEARABLY hot. When we got up to leave, all of us were stuck to the seat. So gross. Second, the waitress never really ever came and checked on us. We ordered drinks, which she got wrong. Then we ordered pickle chips. Then when we finished eating our pickles, she said âare yall ready to order?â Um yesâŚwe would have loved to have ordered like before we finished because then we waited another 30-40 minutes to receive our food, which she came by to our table and said some peopleâs food was ready but not everyoneâs so she wasnât going to bring it out so by the time my husbandâs food came out, the cheese had solidified and was SO greasy underneath (buffalo chicken pizza) and his and my motherâs pizza (BBQ) had so much breading on the top of the pizza and not a lot of toppings. My momâs barely had BBQ sauce. My MILâs pizza, Supreme, and mine, bacon cheeseburger were pretty good; however, they left off the lettuce and pickles. Well we told them and they brought us some. My husband and I tried the pickles and they were so bad, like tasted like they were expired. Then I used the restrooms and it STUNK so bad. My in laws, mom, & husband could smell it from our seats.
Overall, it was a horrible experience. We will give them one more chance in 6 months, but if nothing changes, we will never come back. So sad because it was INCREDIBLE when they were in Burleson. They need their old staff back and their old location because it used to be so busy. When we were there, there was us and one other...
Read moreWaitress was amazing. Working her butt off, but she canât do everything. They need more help in there. She had so many tables and was bussing tables and also running food. No idea whatâs going on with the kitchen but it took over an hour and a half to get our food. Philly cheesesteak sandwich had very little meat and even less cheese. It came out room temperature so not sure how long it was sitting there. Also one of the Philly cheesesteaks looked like cut up hamburger meat lol. The fries were also cold. We saw a guy walk out of the kitchen crying and leave out the back- not sure if he was the cook? Was a little concerning. Pizza was fine. It came out warm.
The waitress comped our sandwiches and kids drinks so that was really nice. 10 stars for the waitress- she was literally sweating. Feel really bad for her. 2 stars for the restaurant tonight. Really hope it was just a bad night, but I donât think I would...
Read moreMy husband snd I went to lunch here and had two salads (one Caesar and one house), some quail poppers, a pizza and two iced teas. The salads were what you could expect out of a hospital cafeteria, with the Caesar being so drenched in vinaigrette that it was offensive. Croutons on each were clearly from a bag and they were bland. The poppers had no seasoning on them, which was extremely disappointing considering the price point. Our iced teas were very weak tasting, almost like they were watered down.
The pizza was okay, but tasted a bit sweet. Weâll try a different kind next time to give them another chance, but will not be trying anything else on the menu because what we had was so awful.
Service was attentive and quick, so kudos to our server. I wish she had better food to bring...
