Uncle Louie G's — Local services in Crystal River

This is the first place I've found in the entire state that has authentic Italian ice. I spent a good part of my childhood in Brooklyn and we couldn't wait to run up the street to get italian ices from the Pizza place on the corner. Every time I go back to New York which is very rare I will make a point of getting italian ices. I am really grateful to have found a place right in my own neighborhood that has authentic italian ice. If you haven't tried it then you are really missing out. There is no comparison to any of the other stuff out there such as Rita's. This stuff is just like I remembered from my childhood.

The bonus is the place is spotless and really nice. The people who work there are also extremely nice. Can't recommend this...

Absolutely love Uncal Louie G Italian Ice and Ice Cream! The flavors are insanely good—super refreshing and packed with flavor. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and served with care. What makes this place even better is the owner, Lenny. He's a young Army veteran who brings that same energy and dedication into his business. My daughters and I have been going out for Italian ice as a special treat since they were babies and when my daughter got sick the other day and wanted Italian ice I had to Google to find what the nearest place was and here we found Uncle Louie G's just down the road from us.

We tried a wide variety of different flavors between us, each person getting two scoops of a different flavor each and I have to say that every single thing we tried was absolutely phenomenal well worth the money and the lady working was also an absolute treat.
