BIG MISTAKE - I dropped off my iPad as the screen was broken to this Turd Blossom Fish Bowl. After waiting in their train station barren lobby for 30 minutes until they addressed my service order 'broken iPad' screen. They put in writing the screen would be replaced brand new in 3 business days. It took them 3 weeks to return my call and then the carnival. They never fixed my unit, gave me all bs,placed a anti reflective adhesive as a poor excuse for a repair. These skullduggerds are extremely manipulative and liars. They charged my account for Fraud, as No Service was rendered!
The truth which exposes their egregious repugnance and hostility they are rated worst store in the U Broke Franchise system! Be mindful that their positive reviews are self generated I verified this with the Franchisor, who stated they Do Not Pay Their Bills too; Vendors, Suppliers, State Licensors, Insurance, Royalties. Hence no working capital I verified. They are being investigated for Theft, Fraud, and Accounting irregularities. Many"conflict of interests" don't you think!! They have many complaints call the corporate office in Orlando that unfortunately walk through their doors. U Broke has contempt and will NOT backup the brand clients as they are a Franchisee. They don't understand that any type of Objectification more broadly means treating people as commodities or an object without regard to their personality, dignity, and Privacy. They way I was treated they treat customers is how they feel about themselves insolvent !!! Toxic negative vibrations abound, U Broke will fail, they alienate customers and prospects with personal hostilities, unprofessionalism and, egregious invasion of personal and private financial items. They do not have a right and are not privy to asking for payment, social security, address, phone, email, Facebook account, twitter, mobile, home, work, fax #, social security #. I dropped my phone off on a Friday afternoon and the guy working said that it would be done by 9pm that evening, and they would call me to come and pick it up. So I'm waiting and end up going to bed Friday with no phone call. Saturday morning my husband had to go to the store because no one was answering and I was working. They told him that the back button was also broken and they had to fix that before putting the screen back on. They did not have the part in stock so my phone wouldn't be fixed until tuesday. So after he relayed this to me I called the store to confirm. I told the guy that I understand that they do not have the part but that no one called to let us know, if my husband hadnt come in to the store how long would it have been before they called? So he reassured me he would personally call me after talking to someone at the warehouse which he never did. Tuesday comes around and once again no call, we have to call the store and they said that the warehouse sent the wrong part so it would be another day. Today is Wednesday and we call again to see if it is ready, they said to come at 430. So I go pick up my phone and go home. Low and behold they forgot to put the SIM card back in my phone so I still can't use it. Or is now 8pm and I just got home from the store again with my phone finally fixed. Now they did not charge me to fix the button that was broken but apparently my screen was $300. I appreciate that I didnt pay for the button but this entire process was a disaster and as much as it cost to fix you would think that they would be a little apologetic considering how nice I was was regarding...

They fixed the screen but broke the tablet. Yesterday the manager assured me it was just an issue with the screen when I went in today to check on it one of the (very nice) technicians told me the board was damaged. Tried calling the manager but of course the call was disconnected or went into voice mail. Communication makes all the difference. My daughter checked the reviews and we trusted this place𤦠. Refuses to give a refund after all data was deleted. Paid $160.00 in advance to fix a broken screen. Five and a half weeks later, they couldnāt be bothered calling me. Went to pick it up everything erased. No they didnāt get back to me like the reply stated! False information on...
