Was in line in drive-thru. We were looking at the menu. We were there for approximately 2 minutes. There was no other customers inside or outside. We had plans on ordering two of their smoothies and some food. We were regular customers there. Two vehicles showed up right as I begin to order. The person came over the headset that was a male. Who basically told me I needed to hurry up. He sounded very rushed and was not very nice. Since that place has been open we have spent a lot of money there. I have told a lot of people about that place. I have never felt so disrespected a tropical smoothie before. Literally I was fixing to say I wanted a wrap and a banana peanut butter crunch bread and I wanted two of the peanut paradises. I told the person never mind we left. We end up going to a different place and getting our lunch. I don't understand why customers are treated as if they don't matter. If you don't have a customer you don't have a business period. When somebody comes up to order you don't try to force them to hurry they will forget what they're ordering they will leave things off ,you will then lose money. It really hurts my feelings that a business that I have been going to for years literally disrespected me and not once was I disrespectful to them. That's okay there is a coffee shop in the hospital that serves a blended iced coffee that has sugar-free vanilla and sugar free caramel with sugar free whipped cream that is delicious and actually cost way less and you can get a large. And a few minutes north down 31 you can go to scooters and they have really good drinks too especially their sugar-free options and they are yummy. And so far neither one of the other places have ever ever tried to rush me or disrespect me or make me feel like a worthless customer. If you don't want people to take a long time at the order box, then put a menu down a ways so that people can look at it before they get up there. All I had done was read off two to three items to my mother and let her know what was on the wraps, she was sitting next to me and she can't see very well. That's how long it took before I was basically told to hurry up and that I was holding up the line. I won't go back. And my mother has posted also on her social media page of her experience because she was sitting there and she really felt disrespected and she's older. To have someone much younger than her be that disrespectful. Shows that you was not raised properly...
Read moreI love Tropical Smoothie. I eat at each location when I am traveling or at home. Cullman is my home store right now & it's the only one that I have problems with. The employees are rude. I order the same meal every time and every time it's different. It's too cold,they didn't add the Caribbean jerk sauce, lettuce is rotten...and I have had it with this bunch at this particular store. I tried calling twice once I arrived home, and no one would answer the phone. So,I called corporate in GA. Hopefully, someone will appreciate my business and fix the issue with these employees. I travel a long way to come into Cullman (it's the closest one to my home) to order the same thing each time, and it's not eatable. You'd think by now they'd have mine right,but no they do not and it's beyond frustrating!!!! Read moreI ordered an online order which was then delivered by DoorDash I ordered an açaí bowl and the store was apparently out of this item but I had to go on a wild goose chase on how I was going to get a refund because the store doesn’t give refunds …. Even if the store is out of an item store manager stated to contact DoorDash I did they told me it was a merchant issue as the payment was made directly to the store so now I’m waiting for contact from the district manager as to how I will get my money back I’ve been dealing with this for over an hour and still no resolution …. Everyone please avoid this it’s a complete mess and looks terrible for a fast food establishment for something the paying customer has no control of and I can’t even get an answer as to if or when I’ll get a refund I wasn’t even offered any thing for when they did have the item in stock for the item I had paid for and...
