KAY Jewelers — Local services in Cumberland

Everytime I've went into this store they have been extremely rude and ignorant. When I originally bought my necklace it was around the holidays and they were busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking everyone gets a little grouchy during the holidays. I went in a couple months later is was the same red head, she exchanged my chain and didnt give me a receipt or a service plan packet. A couple months later it broke, I go in it's the SAME red head but only her boss was there and he was nice and replaced my chain with another, After she magically pulled up this receipt. Another month later it breaks again, SAME red head, making nasty remarks and wont even discuss my concerns. Go in to pick up my chain after she sent it away. A different blonde yells across the store if she can help me, then shes not even speaking to me but talking to her co worker about a personal matter. This store will not be getting my...

This Kay Jewelers was amazing! The guy, Im assuming is the manager, seemed a little nervous around me (Im socially awkward) and I dont really look like someone who would be in a jewelry store besides the jewelry I wear, but besides the small judgment it was a pleasant experience and he was very professional. I brought in my fiances engagement ring for the 6 month service and cleaning and he placed the ring under a microscope and inspected the diamonds and made sure they werent loose or chipped. It didnt take very long neither. He had the inspection and cleaning done before I was even done looking around. Then, I was looking at this sick Cuban bracelet that he was willing to take his time to show me, even though I just made a compliment on it and had no intention of buying it. This Kay Jewelers...

Went to Kay Jewelers in Lavale Md to have a Casio G-Shock watch band adjusted. They are a Casio authorized dealers. The clerk, Laurie , properly sized how many links to be removed and completed the task without hesitation. The charge for removing the excess links was to give a donation to St. Judes Hospital vis-a-vis a collection container placed beside the cash register which I immediately did. What a great experience. It made my whole day and I’ve decided that my Local Kay’s jewelry will now be my go to place for all my jewelry and Casio purchases. Thanks Kay Jewelers....
