T.J. Maxx — Local services in Cumberland

They were sooooooooooooo busy when I was there. They were literally moving furniture and all kinds of things. But i kept finding things i wanted but didn't have price tags. So I had to ask a few different people for assistance. And EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE of them, were golden! They smiled and were polite, and if they didn't know the answer they found someone who did. They were so efficient and great at multi tasking. When they were helping me they acted like they didn't have anything else to do, when I obviously could see that everyone was busy. I really appreciated that. It's so hard to find great customer service, especially around here. However, I don't want to make this sound like it was an isolated event. The associates are, as far as I can remember, usually pleasant and provide great service.
