I don't know who does the hiring and training at chik fil a..... but bayyyyyyybaaaayyyyy! They need to be a life coach or a consultant for the government. The workers are so nice and polite. They don't mind correcting wrong orders(so I've heard, because mine has always been right), they call you by your name, they never get an attitude when you ask for extra sauce. They just conduct themselves very well while working. And ive seen them when they are on break or just get off. They do play around and are loud and kind of obnoxious. But that makes me even more impressed! Because they are able to turn that off in order to provide great customer service. The food is ALWAYS good, so I don't feel like I even need to address that lol.
The only bad thing I could say, is that tables are often dirty. The staff is more than happy to come clean it immediately. However, I just think that there should be someone who stays on...

One time I asked for a zesty buffalo sauce packet and they gave me 3, I said wow 3 for free! and the nice friendly Chick-Fil-A worker laughed and said I'm going to call you three for free. Now the staff greets me with hey it's three for free and always give me three packs. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Chick-fil-A restaurant I go there at least three times a week for lunch and get an ice cream cone in a bowl so as not to make a mess and one to two times a week for breakfast and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable fast and can match my daily nutritional needs. Read moreMy hubby and I had a terrible experience there last Friday night. He ordered ahead on the app, then we pulled into a curbside pickup spot, indicating where we were parked. After several cars pulled in and got their orders after us, we called out to the team member. We gave her the name on the order, and waited again. I went into the restaurant (after waiting at least 25 minutes in the spot in total) and she handed me a bag with food. I let her know that I needed to talk to a supervisor; when she went to get the supervisor I realized that the order wasn't complete. The supervisor offered to refund the order which I appreciated, but then made the excuse that it was a confusing night because there were two orders that came through the drive through line with the same name.
