Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the luminous Latrell, a beacon of hospitality whose attentiveness and warmth could mollify even the most beleaguered of souls. She flitted about with an air of effortless grace, ensuring that no glass ran dry and no wing went without its proper due of reverence. A paragon of service, truly.

And the Buffalo Blue sauce—oh, the Buffalo Blue! A symphony of spice and tang, an exquisite pas de deux between classic heat and the cooling embrace of blue cheese. A concoction so bewitching, so tantalizing, it left us wanting, nay, needing, more. If sauces had a royal court, Buffalo Blue would ascend the throne with aplomb.

The atmosphere? Positively jubilant! Birthdays were celebrated with such universal enthusiasm that the entire establishment erupted into merriment, a chorus of strangers united in festal bliss. One could scarcely distinguish where one party ended and another began. And, as if the revelry weren’t enough, a modern gaming emporium lay in wait, bestowing added thrills and diversions upon the already exuberant scene.

My family and I went to the local BWW for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. She brought our drinks, and then walked away. After 15-minutes, I asked another waitress if we could order. After a 30-min wait we finally were able to order. 20-min after the order we received our mozzarella sticks. The waitress set them on the table and said “sorry for the wait” and left before we could respond. No napkins, no plates. Just lukewarm mozzarella sticks. Our meal would finally arrive. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich (pictured) The chicken patty was like a sponge. My wife’s chicken wrap consisted of over cooked chicken nuggets. No one, (4-meals) was able to complete their meal due to poor quality.

We saw our waitress 5x (drink order, food order, mozzarella delivery, food delivery, check). Only when I asked for the check did she ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Needless to say, leaving was the most enjoyable part of this experience.

The overall environment is not welcoming. Blasting music when also playing multiple sports game, when there may be 40 people in the entire restaurant does not bode well for a return.

The customers are rude and disgusting. We had one use the mat at the opening of the store as their personal foot cleaner. They were seated before us even though we arrived first. We had a loud group near us that allowed their children to yell at random. The atmosphere is uncomfortable due to loudness. The prices are high and had a lack of toppings or missing toppings. I only got 3 carrots when I asked for them. We ordered the dirt dub tots. There was no green onion. There was literally only a pinch of cheese, a couple bites of meat, and hardly any bbq sauce. The service wasn't good. She also looked way too young to work at a bar. She looked like she was 15 or 16. We asked for a minute to decide. She didn't come back for more than 20 minutes and she took about the same amount of time to refill our drinks. She was so slow that we were there for 2 hours which was completely unnecessary. We ordered sweet tea, but she gave us unsweet. The restaurant wasn't even busy. She never gave us silverware. The wings were underwhelming. You can go anywhere that has wings just as good or better and get them for less. I may as well have gone to long John silvers because my chicken tasted the same as theirs.
