Honestly, I would put 0 stars if I could. First of all, the staff is typically rude and I was hung up on the first time I tried to place my order. When I called back, I was met with an attitude. If you eat in the hibachi chef is rude and unpleasant so I decided to take a chance on takeout last time and was absolutely disgusted. On Valentine's day, I ordered Wasabi takeout for my boyfriend and I. When I arrived, there were so many people waiting in line to be served I couldn't even get though the door to check if my to go order was ready, and the staff wasn't even standing at the front. The line was literally out the door and the lobby was so overcrowded that I waited almost an hour to get through the line. I was given a 30 minute estimate on my food and got there right on time, but by the time I got my food it was cold, and quite frankly, absolutely disgusting. Especially considering there was a glove in my salad. Our hibachi steak was medium rare, and I ordered well done. The vegetables were undercooked. The rice was undercooked, and the soup was so gross I dumped it down the drain. My salad literally had a dirty glove in it at the bottom of the container to top it all off which made me throw up because I didn't see it at first and the salad was the only thing that seemed to be edible upon first glance. This restaurant has gone so far down hill the last few years that it has become one of the worst in our area. I'll literally never eat here again. It was a waste of $50 because in the end the food wasn't even edible so all we had for dinner on Valentine's day was a ton of disappointment after my boyfriend waited over an hour for me to bring it back. Highly disappointing considering it wasn't always like this and the last few times have been absolutely terrible.

Wasabi Steak House isn’t just a place to eat — it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, the energy is high, the atmosphere is fun, and the aroma of sizzling steak, chicken, and shrimp on the hibachi grill instantly gets your appetite going. The chefs? Absolute rockstars. They don’t just cook — they perform. Spinning spatulas, flying shrimp tails, flaming onion volcanoes — it’s like dinner meets Cirque du Soleil. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, the show never gets old. You’ll be laughing, clapping, and filming the highlights before you even take your first bite. And let’s talk food — wow. Perfectly cooked steak, juicy chicken, fresh seafood, and vegetables with that addictive hibachi flavor. The fried rice is always on point, and the sauces? You’ll want to take a bottle home. Portions are generous, quality is consistent, and you leave full and happy every single time. Wasabi is the perfect spot for birthday parties, family gatherings, or just a fun night out. Kids love the action, adults love the food, and everyone leaves with a smile. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you want an unforgettable dining experience — Wasabi Steak House is where you go.

Had the most amazing sushi experience of my life!! Never was a fan of sushi but had few in past in different Chinese restaurants and always was not interested to try more. But at wasabi the sushi experience changed my mind forever. Loved it. Fresh, crunchy, flavorful and melted in mouth!! Five star***** Today January 20th 2018 is my second visit to Wasabi. Had a family get together today and loved every bit of food served to us! I became a sushi lover after inventing this amazing place. People who don’t like sushi just give it a try for once. Your whole bad idea of sushi will change in a good way for forever. 😍 Their seaweed salad and ginger paste salad is also a must try. Adding some pictures for your hungry eyes 👀😊 ENJOY ❤️

I used to go here quite a few times a week. Every time I've gone here with my wife and my friends we've always been very kind and courteous and always tipped at least 20% or higher never left a mess at the table or anything.

The last two times that we went here, the last time when we went in person one of the people who I don't even think she's a waitress was very rude to us. We were not aware that the hibachi grill was going to be made differently and also going to cost so much more because fusion steakhouse and Morgantown wasn't like that the hibachi grill only had like a $1 difference there. Here it's way more expensive.

When I tried to call in to place an order for a vegetable medley they were trying to tell me that I said something about it being a dinner meal when I never said that. I was trying to understand what was going on because I was getting mixed information from when I was there before when they were telling me that it was considered hibachi but then I was just told that it wasn't. I was confused by the HUGE price for just fried vegetables when it says 4 something on the menu. She the women on the phone was really rude to me and literally said oh "Do you want it or not?!" Like dude I'm autistic and I'm making sure I have things 100% because I also have an allergy to a lot of food because I have POTS heart condition and MCAS and the fact that they were this rude to me is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint for a public accommodation error with the ADA...

Soo where to start. I love sushi. One of my top three favorite meals. So honestly anytime I go to a restaurant that offers it. I try it to compare it to the list of establishments I have enjoyed. The environment wasn't extremely welcoming. The booths were kinda cramped and not very comfortable. I ordered a drink and some shumai. The portion was very small and not very appealing. The flavor was decent but not the best I have had. So I look at the sushi menu. It was filled with all this Asian fusion sushi with very limited traditional style. This didnt turn me off to the idea of the sushi. Because I have enjoyed all different kinds. After a rather long wait, I noticed a large plate coming out to my table. I was excited to see what they had in store for me.. my excitement dropped drastically when I noticed that the sushi resembled that of a quick buffet sushi. The flavor of each of the five roles was very bland. To be honest the presentation all together was extremely sloppy. I have eaten enough sushi that I can usually know what fish or shellfish is in it without reading the menu. It was indistinguishable. It was the McDonald's chicken nugget of sushi. Very plain and easily forgotten.. if you want good sushi. There is a small place in Winchester called Chopstick cafe. It's great. If you are on a budget and really dont care about what is in front of you. Enjoy the blandness and bleh of Wasabi....
