We rented the Social Room for a private event. The facility itself is great but the staff is very difficult to deal with. They have a large number of very strict rules that they follow religiously. Not only they are unhelpful to their customers but it really feels like they don't want you there. They pile on obstacles and make every step of the way difficult, from reservations, to accepting the room and returning it. These people forgot they are there to serve the residents of Cupertino.
