Poor management! This place is always a long wait, so today I ordered online to avoid the wait. When I got there they threw me in circles for 30 minutes until finally the manager told me she didn't have my order. I told her that I already paid for the order and had it set to be ready at 8:00pm (it was already 8:30pm by the time she spoke to me after waiting 30 minutes at the register like an awkward turtle). When I told her I had already ordered and paid she just kept telling me she didn't have it and waved me away. When I finally yelled at her to take two seconds and speak with me to clarify, she blew me off and she didn't have the order and since I didn't have a receipt there's nothing she would do for me. I didn't take my phone since it was on the charger and the online site didn't provide any printable receipt.
I will also add that there were several other people waiting for their online orders, just like me, and they waited about 20 minutes to be helped as well. The main staff there is friendly and smile, I don't think it's their fault that they are overworked and understaffed, this is completely on the manager that was working today. She showed poor management and horrible customer service.

Inside, the people are friendly and the food is good but they have reduced the portion of food they give. Additionally, I do not like the idea of the workers/servers not wearing gloves while they are handling the food.
