Went in with my family to switch over to t mobile because they had a promotion, daryl or however you spell his name, helped us and he had mentioned that if we had to go oversees outside of the US, T mobile would be able to unlock our phones for 30 days if we call customer service. Knowing this, we already had a trip planned out so that’s why we had asked. Upon calling customer service, because we are financing our phone for 2 years, they can’t unlock it until those 2 years past. Daryl is the worst representative. Towards the end of our interaction, he had mentioned that he had to LEAVE because it was taking too long. Why would you tell your customers that this was taking too long when he never told us what to bring into the store at that day? It was not our fault that we couldn’t find the port pin in a timely matter since customer service was taking too long. And secondly, the fact that he were to stoop down THAT low to lie to customers just to get the sale is outrageous. I’d make sure to stay away from this branch and to never talk to daryl about any of your phone service needs. The only thing he can help with is by getting fired so he can’t fool anyone else. 💀 The manager there is also rude, never talking to customers with sympathy and speaking bluntly about policies like she was a robot. I feel sorry that they feel the need to act this way to real people because of how their own lives are...
