Cutler Bay Town Centre — Local services in Cutler Bay

Old buildings freshened up with some new things located in the Old Cutler ridge Mall.... Area is now known as Cutler Bay when I grew up it was Cutler ridge. Anyhow the mall is being demolished partially and will house new buildings for retail and also for residences such as townhouses proposed hotel and large green space area etc etc. not sure when the target date is for opening but construction has started at the old Sears building where everything has been demolished.
