The way I was just treated by the manager at this GameStop was unbelievable. I feel disrespected, used, and betrayed as a lifelong customer. I came in to return a 300$ controller that I purchased the day before. The controller was not touched. I purchased it less than 12 hours prior to returning it with original packaging, receipt and everything included in the box. Not a single hand touched the controller. However because there was the slightest indication that the box was āopenedā, I was told I could not do anything and that Iām better off selling the controller on the streets. I explained that I am a lifetime customer and was not informed or this new policy, as I have returned plenty of products before the 7 day grace period before with no issues. This product was sold to me with me under the impression that I can return it in 7 days as long as the product was not used, which it was not. I explained this to the manager and he laughed in my face, along with another female customer he was with, who also started laughing in my face. I told them that thereās nothing funny about a customer losing 300 dollars due to lack of communication by there employees. This new return policy was never brought to my attention. They're extremely attentive, always insightful and willing to help and go to great lengths to make sure as their guest you leave feeling 150% satisfied with your experience. Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable in the field, so you can practically ask away on just about anything. If it's not too busy, you can even strike up a conversation, and the enthusiasm as they talk is a breath of fresh air to the common stoic GameStop employee. It's easy to navigate through, and relatively clean and kept (children-focused mall what can you do this place is Candyland to them only so much you can clean) and if there is anything you need to find they will help you look and make sure you find what you're looking for, be I at their location or the nearest place possible. They're a team of incredible salesmen; the manager can practically sell you half the store and the bathroom sink! But no matter what, there is always a sense of genuine advice customized for everyone....

He works both locations and have dealt with him several times on both. And he really goes above most retailers help you get now a days. Iām really glad. All the people in general at both these locations have been nothing but amazing. I have yet (been shopping for years in both) have had a bad experience at all. Like 0. Anytime I walk in packed busy or not they acknowledge the customer not just me I pay attention Iām a manager for a big chain company as well. So I pay attention to stupid little things. Whoever trains these kids has done an amazing job. And if no training kudos to Mario and everyone else in both stores....
