Me and my boy Big Heavy Kev went here, what? Last Friday 🌃, July 26, at first we thought it was closed as the outside patio was devoid of people but then again it was like 11:30, but upon approaching the door I saw that they don't close until 2am! On Fri-Sat which I didn't know, I hadn't bothered to look up the hours of operation prior and this was only my second time at 🐃 Wild Wings, both times this location. There was a lively, affable crowd, ranging from about 25-40 yrs old, getting tipsy to drunk, lol, at the back bar area by which me and my friend decided to sit, the front area was deserted but clean and there was a server manning the front kiosk, there was the air of having just cleared a large rush from the last movies letting out at the nearby Regal Cinemas, the table at which we sat was clean and we were promptly greeted and given menus by our server, and I'm so sorry I don't remember her name at this time, no slight to her I'm just bad with names, I wish I did I'd love to have mentioned her in this review, she was great!!, and so cute!, In fact both of the servers they had on the floor were, not necessary for a good review but sure doesn't hurt business either. Anyways, she takes our drink and food orders, collects the menus and within 5 minutes is back with 2 Frosty Tall Boy Yuenglings, the 🍻 is in clean glass's and clean untensils are brought out. Roughly 10 minutes or so after that our food arrives, very fast service and much appreciated, I was starving!!, We ordered 2 medium sized orders of 🐔 wings, 🍋 pepper, and Jerk. The 🍋 pepper were hot, crisp, delicious, and well seasoned the Jerk were generously sauced, sweet and with the right amount of spice, both cooked perfectly, my compliments to the chef, and fries which were hot, well fried, crisp and tender. We asked for ketchup and hot sauce which our server brought lightning fast, and dug in. We enjoyed our 🍻 and conversed, our server checked on us to make sure we didn't want anything else and stayed within hailing frequencies just in case we changed our minds. All in all a very good time out with a long time friend over good cold 🍻 and fresh, hot, good food, with the sounds of laughter and merriment framing the background. I will definitely be going back again and again, I really don't know why I haven't been to this location more often, I literally can walk here from where I live. That's going to change in the future...

To begin with it is not a pleasure to right bad reviews however, when one spends 167 dollars and doesn't get what is ask for it becomes a problem. We ordered FOR PICK UP on February 20. We ordered two sets of the 20 traditional wings, (sauces were Asian zing, jerk, buffalo) two sets of French fries, onion rings, pretzels and 5 brownies, plus 2 orders of celery and carrots This order was placed at 5:10 pm. The order was to be ready at 6:10pm. When my husband arrived he was made to wait 45 minutes because the "French fries" were not ready.. then he was told that there were no brownies, but they would give him five chocolate chip cookies instead, but never refunded the dollar difference for each brownie. By the time he got home when I went to serve all of us the eight pieces of chicken for each one of us ( which we were 5) we were missing two chicken wings. The french fries tasted like they were cooked the day before, and we only live seven minutes away from this Buffalo wild wings. More than 20 pieces of chicken were covered in teriyaki sauce, which we did not ask for nor do we like. I was charged for the sauces that I did ask for however, the chicken was not covered in the sauces like they should have been. As you will see from the receipt below it was $167 with a 20% tip. When I called to complain, I was told that the general manager will contact me soon. It has been nine days. Nobody has contacted me. Nobody has refunded at least the difference for the brownies and needless to say our dinner meal was ruined because instead of having eight pieces of chicken wing each for five of us one of us got six pieces of chicken wings and a whole lot of teriyaki chicken wings that we did not ask for, nor do we like. I cannot recommend this place anymore. I am extremely dissatisfied and I'm still waiting for them to make my refund whole. This was terrible. Not to mention that the French fries had to be thrown out because not even putting them in the air fryer would crispy those things up, they tasted old. As you will see no one signed to say they...
Read moreSunday, family day. We hadn't been at this restaurant in a long time and we hade a couple good experiences especially dinning outside in the terrace. Today that wasn't an option because there were 3 guys smoking. Server was pretty fast to come to the table and take our order for the drinks. Very ice girl named Ambar. Order was ready pretty quickly and they only made a mistake with the French fries. And then the service slowed down a lot. When I finished my order I started noticing that the server was all over the place. Taking orders, checking on the tables, running out and back in with more orders and even cleaning tables. We ordered a couple things more and the cook forgot the ketchup (shouldn't THAT be part of every table?). I looked around and not one bottle of ketchup was in sight. Waited, waited and waited and nobody was around to ask for such a rare condiment so I got up and went to some kind of take out area were 2 employees were apparently doing nothing. I asked them for ketchup, asked them about the slow service and they handed me 5 packets and I went back to my table. The girl I talked to came to my table and asked me if we needed anything else to which I said that we needed some refills and I asked her again why there was only one server running like a chicken without a head, having so many tables. Her answer was the standard "we are operating at 50% of our capacity and that is why we haven't been able to bring back all our staff". Right. That leads me to think that "all our staff" is 2 servers??? There were near 20 active tables being served by ONE person. My compliments to that girl! She is AWESOME and I hope some manager reads this and recognizes her somehow. Yes, you, manager. Her name is Ambar and she did everything she could. You should know that especially when the economy is so bad. She is a keeper.
Oh, and the food sucked, BTW. You should fire the entire...
