Today we went to this store and had a horrible experience with an employee named Lidia. My kids were walking around looking for a toy and my son dropped a nail polish. This lady went crazy saying that she already picked that area up and that we (my husband and I) needed to learn how to discipline our son and if we didn't teach him manners we shouldn't go out. The Lidia lady (employee) talked to other shoppers getting them to agree with her, I got super annoyed and told her if she didn't like her job or couldn't stand working š with kids she should look for another job. We walked away and this lady started to follow us (my husband and two kids) around the store. I told her to leave us alone and she said she had to see how my son behaved and if he dropped anything else that I had to pick it up as she was not going too. I told her that she was very disrespectful at this point my son was having a melt down. This lady kept on making negative comments stating that we shouldn't go out with a kid that doesn't know how to behave and that's when I got super upset and asked her if she ever seen a kid on the spectrum. I told her my son was autistic and that he was having a bad moment, that she was no one to judge us or tell us how we should raise our kid because she didn't know if my son had a condition or not. This lady gave me a look as if she was in shock and said she didn't know. I told her she didn't have to know, however she should never judged or tell any parent how a kid should or should not behave. I asked her to call the store manager and she said she was not calling no one. I asked the front desk staff to call the manager and I spoke with Ms. Andrewa, she was very nice and understanding. She apologized for this employee's behavior. I hope this Lidia lady gets re-coached what customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was my first time visiting this location, I am used to going to another one but I was in the area and decided to pass by. Store was organized and greeter/ cashier was there, however I did not see anyone else there to help. Anyways I grabbed a couple of items, 2 of the items which by the way were the same had a price tag of $3, BUT when they got scanned they marked $5, I only found this out after paying, as I was walking outside the store I looked at my receipt and noticed the different price, I went back to the cashier and advised her on the issue to what she responded there was nothing that she can do to fix the price. I could either grab other items equivalent to the difference or she could just refunded. I really wanted the items but there was nothing else I needed from the store, and I just really needed to be charged the correct amount per item. The lady advised she could not do anything about it and she just completed a refund. Usually any other store will do am override and charge what says on the items if it marked it wrong, not sure if it's a policy there or the lady just wasn't having a good day and or did not wanted to help. I will definitely be going to the other location I am used to. Did not like the customer service this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBuyers beware this store does not want to give you your cash refund back within the 30 day period (store manager instructed to all her reps no cash Refund ). Receipt clearly states āReceive a full refund in the original form of payment with receipt ā. This receipt is a contract between store and customers. 5below needs to retrain there management team at the store in cutler bay. Learn your return policy donāt just point at it and tell me you canāt! The customer experience went down the drain. I had to go to the store twice to get an $11 dollar refund. Donāt make returns painful itās part of doing business. Not fair to your customers.
