Literally a five star experience!!

I’m not want to leave reviews however after seeing the other three bad reviews I had to give this store justice!

ANEL VERISH The woman that sold fiancé‘s ring in my marriage band was just amazing! MIKE The store manager was on top of the sale and not only on top of the physical seal that day but was also making sure my resizing was given to me before the day of the engagement!!

The moment I came in you can tell that Anel didn’t care about selling the most expensive ring as long as we were 100% satisfied with what we were looking for she continue to look for the perfect ring until we found it!

Once we found the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé Anel and Mike I told them that I didn’t like the matching wedding band and they immediately started looking for other options that will truly match it and they found the perfect one!

I had to write this review because I was very sad that this store had only one star I am 100% content with the amount of work that these individuals have put towards my future with my wife and I can’t wait to show them the wedding pictures thank you so much to Anel, Mike and the team at KAY...

Visited Kay Jewerly store in Cutler Bay because my father had recently passed away a9nd gave me a very nice watch that did not fit correctly. GEORGE FIXED my watch super fast and was super friendly. I HOPE YOU MAKE GEORGE CEO OF KAY Jewerly or at least give him a raise! My seven year old daughter was with me during the visit and it was her first time looking at real gold, diamonds etc... I told her this is why you do good in school so one day you will be able to buy yourself nice thingd. I was trully impressed on how nice and professional George was to me. Being a homeowner in Miami a lot of the businesses i go to too a good majority of the times the staff is not friendly. With that being said once the holidays come around and future special events i will definetly give KAY my business and its all because of GEORGE spending about 5 minutes with me....

Did not feel they help. I think they took advantage it of us . we paid guaranty and have to cleaned every 6 months. We went to cleaned at the store a month ago and yesterday was the time that i wore it. As soon as i wore it felt different. And im sure it is not the same. Usually when they clean it they take it to the counter and make the notes and after they give you the rings. I told the a girl that the rings look the same but that after wearing the rings i new it's not my. The only thing she said "after many years you don't know if it's real gold. Take it to a jeweler because we don't have the liquids to check" i felt hopeless. Tomorrow we will have to go to a jeweler and make sure. The girl sounded ..annoyed by our questions . how come a Kay jewelers store can not help us to find out if the rings the rings are real gold?? ...
