T.J. Maxx — Local services in Cutler Bay

Horrible experience with the cashier and customer services at this T.J. Maxx. Cashier service was a shame and offensive by far...the cashier did not reply the greeting even though it was given more than twice, she just turned her back to us... that behavior was very offensive... They deserved non-star whatsoever, but rating scale does no has 0 on it, so less rating available is one star... but I wanted to remark that they don't deserve any star whatsoever...I do believe that we deserve more as Americans...Employee much meet criteria for a Job otherwise quality of service will be damage and customer and tax payers will suffer the consequences...I'm hope that managers and administration get involved in this matter that has been happening recurrently in order to protect customers from bad...

The company is wonderful. My problem is this store. The employees are not knowledgable and poorly in customer service. A couple months ago, I purchased an item that was quite heavy, and asked for help to the car, they said that they don't have anyone available to help me. The cashier said that she will do me a "favor" by unlocking the shopping cart so I can wheel my item to the car. I was furious by her "favor" statements. Today, I came in to return a couple of items I purchased online; I have the account information, the confirmation of an e-mail receipt and I was still denied by the supervisor. I went home and checked the company's policy. Behold, all I needed was the e-mail address that I used to purchased and my return would be...

It seem like they're always rearranging the store, so, you think you know where something is but you don't! There is never enough cashiers on the weekend. Their stock is hit or miss. If you see something you like, buy it bcz chances are, you won't find it if you go back. Currently, the dressing rooms are closed because of COVID-19. There are 1 way stickers on the floor. They have plexiglass in front of the registers & partitions in between. If you want to go, it's less crowded during the week. Their selection isn't as good as it used to be. Their price are ok, with occasional deals to be had on clearance items...
