My Family we decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at the Olive Garden we were all very happy that my husband has recovered from a health problem that caused 30 days of hospitalization. Unfortunately we chose Olive Garden not complain about the food but the terror that the manager Elizabety(lilibet) caused in our dinner. my son complained that the orange juice tasted strange i tasted my husband too and it was definitely Mimosa so I asked the waiter to remove and bring lemonade because my son can't drink alcohol cause medication and he never drank alcohol by his own decision. instead of changing the drink, the manager appeared with a small glass of orange juice saying that the mistake had not occurred and that my son's juice was definitely orange. stayed in this speech for over 10 minutes at our table I asked her to leave that everything was fine and we just wanted to have dinner in peace and celebrate my husband's birthday She was still upset and talking nonstop , I asked her to please leave our table because it was causing a nuisance , she then screamed and started saying who would leave was us and that she would call the police . My shocked husband couldn't even touch the food anymore, much less my son who complained of being dizzy. I start have stomach pain . I don't understand how altered unprepared people like this lady can be the manager of a restaurant as wonderful as Olive Garden We are neighbors of these restaurants and have always been there without any problems or complaints. But we will never return.again this lady named manager is not prepared to deal with the public should be in the kitchen frying eggs instead of distracting a customer and threatening to throw them out when we were paying for our dinner and protecting our son who complained about a strange tasting juice I've always learned that dinnertime it’s sacred time don't bring problems to the table. i dont wish anyone such a horrible experience and i hope theOlive garden costumers department take note of this situation .we are very disappointed she definitely ruined...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Olive Garden location with our server, Gaby M. Here are the issues we encountered:
Gaby didn't write down or input our order into any device. Consequently, my request to have the steak and fettuccine served on separate plates was ignored, and they were mixed together. I ordered fries, but they never arrived at our table. The meat was overcooked and of poor quality, and the chicken Marsala was excessively drenched in sauce. Breadsticks were served in small quantities (only 3 at a time), requiring us to wait around 10 minutes each time for more since they were not readily available. The fettuccine was served without sauce; the sauce was brought separately and later. The salad was watery and unappetizing. Despite specifically asking for Alfredo sauce, we were given Marsala sauce instead. Gaby didn’t ask if we wanted water, and we had to flag her down whenever we needed anything. She mentioned she was occupied with a large party, making her appear overwhelmed. The manager never came around to check on us. At the end of our meal, we had to wait for Gaby, who never returned to our table. She never came back to check if we wanted dessert, needed anything else, or even to bring us the bill. After waiting for an extended period, I decided to check our bill and pay via Zoos. Throughout this entire experience, Gaby never addressed us or said goodbye.
Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience. Significant improvements in service and attention to detail are...
Read moreI'm not one to ever request that they return an entree that I received at any restaurant since typically, I feel like a nuisance to the hard working staff, but also, it would keep me from being able to enjoy my dinner at the same time as the person I came into the restaurant with. Unfortunately, the steak I got when I ordered my fettuccine was so tough and overcooked that you could've probably played a game of hockey with it and nobody would've known the difference. I knew I had asked for my steak medium rare, but once I asked for another I made sure to tell our wonderful waiter to please let them know explicitly that I wanted the steak as aforementioned. Three times. Three times after the initial request for another did I finally get a steak that was somewhat close to what I wanted (and was paying for). The manager himself brought it out to me and apologized for the inconvenience caused, but offered absolutely nothing else to redeem the situation. Sadly, my girlfriend was already done with her dinner by the time the error was corrected and my fettuccine was cold and unappetizing. Moral of the story: if you like your steak cooked anyway other than well done don't come to this OG, you will be disappointed and you...
