I had never been to the store before and will not go again. I was sold a piece of stereo equipment that I was told that my vintage speakers would in fact be able to plug into it. I do admit fault and not checking myself, but after having a discussion with the salesperson I figured he was telling me the truth. The speakers do not plug into the system.He did not tell me at any point that any items returned were store credit only. He specifically said that there was an rewards account you could set up and that would act as your receipt in case there was an issue with the stereo. Hands down the best vape store I've been to. I've been buying their juice for over 6 years and it's always on point and tastes awesome. The owner is really nice and a majority of the employees have been there since I started going. I couldn't recommend them enough and when I heard that they opened this store, I had to stop by and check it out. It's a really nice place, with a great atmosphere. But I highly recommend them especially if you haven't had their juice before. Their prices, awesome staff and more importantly their juice will have you coming back. Love, love, love groov-e-juice! As young adult user (18yrs old) I was devestated when Kent changed their laws but the new location in the Falls is even better. I have been to a wide variety of vape stores from Streetsboro to Akron and in between and I will never go some place else. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and make great suggestions.
