Great hot cocoa, but badly understaffed. Stopped in as a group of 5, which their seating was not really equipped to handle. We pulled together a couple of tables and were handed one menu ( well one coffee menu and one cocktail menu). Server seemed put out by the fact that we all needed to look at a menu before ordering but was helpful once we flagged her down to place an order. Be warned you need to ask for tableware if you order food (!). It looked like the regulars sitting at the bar got attentive service, so maybe they have as much business as they want? I'd advise them to consider having at least one more person working and make an effort to welcome new customers, for example offering to seat them, explaining the menu briefly ( it's not really obvious what "sweet or savory toast" means), and providing more than one menu to a...

[UPDATE] This is the second time coming to this downtown coffee shop when visiting family and it it without a doubt a great experience. This part of the Falls is looking more and more like a livable place you g families looking for a more trendy urban experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The pour over is Brooklyn or San Francisco-quality. The avocado toast is a larger than life portion size and tastes savory and delicious. The music is a vibe. Very nice new coffee bar that also serves alcohol. The decor is very modern and clean and the staff is friendly. Will be a great place to work from once they open up for dine in.

My wife and I both ordered the mocha latte. She ordered hers with almond milk which they add syrup to in order to make it a mocha. And I ordered mine regular which they use chocolate milk for, and it was amazing! I absolutely cannot wait until these small coffee shops open again for indoor dine in because the ambiance of this place is so cool.
