First, let me preface this story by saying it has happened before. Apparently I'm just a glutton for punishment. I was hopig things had improved but was wrong.
I ordered and paid online via the app at 6:30 and specified that I will pick up my order at the counter.
App says it will be ready in 10 minutes. I'm running a little and get there around 6:45. Food is supposed to be ready. I go to the door to go into the restaurant.
Sign on door says "Dining Room Open Come on In". Door is locked. Knock on door. No one will even look at door. There is no notice on the door to explain why the doors are locked. Turns out I have to use the drive thru.
The drive thru is easily cars deep. So I get in the drive thru line to get the food I already paid for that is supposed to be ready and waiting on the counter inside the dining room that is locked. It takes 30 minutes to get to the order kiosk. Someone asks to take my order and I tell her I have an online order and she tells me to pull forward. I pull forward as far as I can since there are still 3 cars ahead of me.
My phone beeps. It's a message from Taco Bell telling me my order is ready for pickup at the counter at 6:45, which is funny because the clock on the dashboard of my car (the car I'm in because the order I placed online that was supposed to be ready at the front counter wasn't accessible because the doors were locked) says it is 7:28.
I get to the window to pick up my order. The young lady asks what I ordered. I give my name and explain again that I placed an online order. Finally, at 7:35 I leave the drive thru.
I get home and the food is cold. Apparently it was ready at 6:45. They got that right.
If only I could have gone in and picked up at the counter like I specified...
I'm going to refrain from ordering from this Taco Bell for the...

I place my order at drive through screen, pulled forward, asked if I could add another item to the order. Female cashier taking orders said, "No sorry, you have to go back through the drive through." Even though this was before my payment was processed- I accepted that. I did however, pay extra to slightly modify one item. A regular taco to a Supreme. I pay, i leave. Miles down the road I realize I paid for the Supreme, but only had a regular taco.
I went back, no one is in line. I go to the window in my vehicle, which is a really big truck and trailer. Worked all day, needed food on the way home. I hold the taco out of my window and I am instructed that I needed to stop at the order screen. I said well Im here now. With extreme disdain, they take the taco and make it correctly.
They bring it back and DESHART, or DESHARD, then tells me again I needed to go to the order screen and I told him well I'm already here, as in who cares man just give me my food, no one is here, give it a rest. He then tells me I'm banned and to leave NOW. I say I'll leave when I'm ready.
The first time I left without checking my food they messed it up. So I AM going to check my food, I don't care how tough DESHART is feeling. I'm checking my foods he had his fists balled up made some threats flicked me off then after all that tough stuff, DESHART says he's calling the police🤣 once i checked all my food, I left.
DESHART needs another Customer service class or something. He was giving me the middle finger, cussing me put through the glass. Making threats. Some real character in this place.
I'll be there tomorrow to follow up with a day time manager about DESHART. His name was on the receipt. We have to start holding people...
Read moreI do door Dash with my daughter and we received an order that we accepted for Wendy's, being in the area, and upon arrival we were told at the speaker just a minute. No problem until close to 12 minutes lapsed and nobody responded so we waited patiently until somebody asked for us to order and we disclosed we had a pickup. Usual routine, pull up to the window and we continued to wait. Approximately 18 minutes had passed by until someone came to say they just dropped the chicken in the fryer, mind you it takes anywhere from 4 to 6 minutes for that procedure to be completed. Time kept passing by, close to 30 minutes now. We tapped on the window to find out what the holdup was and she had a very sharp and spiteful attitude. This order should have been started at the time that they received it and I'm sure it was well before we got a pickup request. All said and done when we finally received the food that was supposedly just done it showed no signs of being freshly made or warm from the touch through the bag. These employees that were at that time servicing customers were very incompetent, deceiving and plan out right just don't do their job. Wendy's you need to hire more efficient people. I myself personally or anybody that's associated will never ever go to that establishment.. not professionally...
