My Sweet Mom went to heaven a few months ago. We are so grateful for Traditions, and could never have gone through this process without them. Nurses Sam & Kelly and Aide Michelle were so compassionate and provided amazing care for Mom. Chaplain Cathy is wonderful...we prayed together and sang with Mom. I had the pleasure of meeting Meagan, the Director of Marketing at my work, Willowood Care Center...she brought me a beautiful plant. Thanks again! And Hannah, you are my rock. I cannot find the right words to express how much you mean to me and my family. You walked through this process with us, held our hands, cried with us and gave us hope. My mother currently pays over $9000 a month for her nursing home. She has never received the care that Traditions offers. Traditions was brought in recently because their $9000 a month (unskilled)staff is unable to convince my mother to bathe and says that she gets a nasty attitude. They, of course, discovered that Mom's insurance Will pay for the outside care that Traditions offers. The people at traditions visit my mother twice a week and bathe her, physically check her, check on her meds and behavior and call me after every visit. Something that this high dollar nursing home has never done since mother has been there. Traditions has people who truly care, they are professionals and They respect the family and the loved ones that they check on. I needed something more for my mom who has dementia/Alzheimer. She became bedridden and the palliative nurse helped us get hospice care at home. Traditions homecare has been a fantastic service for her. They listen to you, go above and beyond with their care for her. They have shown me easier ways to care for her also. They do everything that I cannot. I still stress , A LOT, about her, but it does make a difference, for the better, just knowing that they are there to help. Great nurses and aides that come. We also have the social worker and chaplain once a month. Excellent service. So glad I have this help.
