I've been here several times and liked the store. I've recommended several mom friends come here. The staff has never been overly friendly or warm, sometimes borderline rude, but the store and prices made up for it. I'm also a mom and understand that we get busy and stressed and may have a bad day. But this has been all 5 to 6 times i've been here. The past few times I've come out, there has been bare bones selection in most boys sizes. Prices seem to be rising from when I first started coming too. I now see why.

I brought in two baskets of items to sell for the first time. For one, I entered and was gruffly sent to a table and told to read and follow the instructions. The sale guidelines here are that I had to dump both bins out and lay all items completely flat back in them, as they're not allowed to be nicely folded. All items had to be buttoned, zipped etc. You cannot sell toys to them unless they have brand new batteries in them. It just seems like a large inconvenience on the customer for the sake of less work for the business. After spending all of this time rearranging my items, I was told I have to stay in the store while they're assessed. I waited 30 minutes in store, only to be given back essentially everything.

Their signs state they're low on bigger boys clothes and all shoes. I would agree. My items included name brand undamaged boys clothes in the sizes requested, and many pairs of shoes of which all were returned to me. I see now why there's rarely selection, because they buy nothing and make selling as time consuming and inconvenient as possible. I don't think I'll be making the 30 minute drive...

I don't usually sell things to shops, rather I post and do it myself. Chose this shop to try to sell my no longer needed baby items based on the rating and its close vicinity to my job. I should have read the reviews as they are almost entirely based on people making purchases. The first problem that was that I was told there were 3 people ahead of me, even though I arrived minutes after they opened, and that it would be 1 hr for them to look over my items. I just figured maybe they had some late drop offs from the night before. Well 1 hr turned to almost 2 before they actually called me. I went in to be offered $40 for a group of items that would retail at over $350. I understand that the items are now used and are not worth that but they are certainly worth more than the 10% they offered. When I expressed my concerns the guy then refused to take one of items although I had agreed to take the pittance they were offering. At this point I requested all of my items back for him to be rude when i listed what all i had brought in and also try to keep one of the items. The he tried to be "helpful" by propping the doors and giving me tips on how to sell the items to other shops. I doubt the "tips" were genuine and they came across very condescending and seemed to have some racist undertones within them. the staff is incredibly rude. i took clothes in to sell, and the offer was not one i was willing to accept. that's fine, but when i called to ask how many items it was for, she was very harsh and short with me, and ended up saying "whatever we took in the presort". if i knew how many that was, i wouldn't have asked. then, i told her i would be declining the offer in which she replied "okay, you have to pick them up by the end of the day". when i dropped the clothes off yesterday, i made it a point to ask if i could pick things up within a few days because i am a single working mom, and can't drop everything to go pick them up. she then proceeded to try and argue and say "well the policy is you pick them up same day when you pass on our offer." and i then explained that i asked an employee less than 24 hours ago if it was alright if i picked the items up within a few days if i chose to pass, and i was told yes, that's fine. i made it clear that i would not be able to pick them up today, because i have to work, and she got even more snotty and then said she would put a note on my account. im sure other people have great experiences with this business, but my personal one was not. i will not be doing business with them again, and certainly would not recommend...
